Yeah it could be, and if so more companies should do it to stop the bad chat supports. The live support OJO and their sister companies use on the other hand are pants.

@nickuk911 I can’t comment on 10bet but never go by reviews on Trustpilot, it has to be the most unreliable website for reviews as theres so many spam and fake reviews all over that service. I find its best to read other review websites except Trustpilot.

The issue with trustpilot or any site like that is it attracts poor reviews – if someone gets a good service they don’t think any more of it – if they have a problem they rush straight to a review site to complain
