I’m currently in debate with 21 Casino about accidentally going over their £5 bet limit while in promotion funds. I deposited £50 with a £25 (50%) bonus balance.
The £50 went pretty darn quick, but when I started with the bonus balance it hit big again and again. Eventually I got to about £1500 when I just wanted to complete wagering, so stupidly went onto some crappy slot and spun over £5. I’m trying to point out to the team at 21 casino that anyone with any sense would understand that the wagering on the £25 bonus was going to be completed with ease given a £1500 balance. They’re not having any of it.
Ironically the slot I played at over £5 I lost over £100 on, but then went to £2 stakes again and turned the final total to £1600 and completed wagering. Subsequently I had an email from them telling me that they have confiscated the money and returned my original stake.
Yes, I’m an idiot for not going through the T&C’s with a fine tooth comb, so please take it easy on me in the comments! I just wanted to know if anyone has ever overturned this, and how did they do it?

yes I agree it’s harsh, but had you played at a decent casino you wouldn’t have this problem.
also this site or it’s members can’t help you, they are fanboys and bandit is only a affiliate.
they don’t care.register at a real site and sign up only via accredited casinos and you won’t have this issue.
