Hi guys, looking to see if anyone had problems with 32 Red Casino? I joined on the 11th Jan this year and deposited £300 to play slots. First £200 went fairly quickly, but won back £276 with the third £100 deposit. I tried to access my account the next day but was locked, so contacted their CS Team and found it was for background checks. Sent docs in straight away and am still waiting 10 days later? I have contacted the CS team and they just keep saying they are busy and someone will get back to me, but they never do? I have always found these checks annoying but very straight forward and done within a day or two at most? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
