888 are the biggest bunch of crooks out there and will try every trick in the book to not pay you. They owed me £2635 that they refused to pay initially because I had entered the wrong year for my DoB which then didn’t match with my provided documents and then once I took my complaint to ECOGRA they came up with some incredible story of multiple accounts registered at my address with different names and all using the same IP and ECOGRA agreed with them even though I finally got them to admit that evidence provided by 888 was inconclusive, which is no surprise because they concocted it all anyway! Thankfully I only lost £10 overall to this pitiful excuse of a Casino, best of luck to you but dont hold your breath!

Years ago 888 tried that trick with me, i had closed (not self excluded) on one of their sites because games were crashing, kept getting logged out and basically the site looked like it was lashed together in 5 minutes using paint lol.

About a year later i was bored and found a site (not realising it was Cassava) and won around £250.

Next day, an email, telling me that as i had closed an account im not getting the money blah blah blah.

Fortunatly for me i was well aware of their shady tactics and replied teling them that if you want me to go down the route of heading to Ecogra/Gambling Commssion/The Pogg for £250 then thats up to you.

10 Minutes later i recieved a reply stating the £250 was processed!

Yes very shady bastards, if your reading this thread you have been warned although surely after the 5 Million fine they have recieved i would have expected them to have changed their policies

As for Nektan, i really do not know how they are allowed to cap the deposit bonuses to 4x, in my eyes that is just ridiculous.

I haven’t used the casino much, I’ve played a few games of computer blackjack and I found that when I bet smaller then I’d win and hit multiple blackjacks as soon as I raise the bet above $10 it seems to hit runner runner 21 when showing 4/5/6 but perhaps I’m just unlucky. I have played poker there also but I feel it’s worst “big” poker site out there…poor tournament selection, terrible interface/software and having to wait over a week for a cash out. Out of all the poker sites with casino’s I would say the best is Party Poker but perhaps thats because I’ve had my biggest wins there.

Yep, unfortunately 888 are not a casino with a good reputation… at all. They have a huge marketing budget, and unfortunately this results in a false sense of security for new and returning customers. Their customer service is shockingly bad, and if you are disputing a decision they have made, good luck trying to get it resolved.

They actually paid me out £1k from a £10 Birthday bonus that I had back in August, that I somehow managed to work up to a thou. Was convinced they weren’t going to pay it out, but they did! So from my end, I’ve had no issues with them personally. But I’ve heard many horror stories.
