Hi. No update. They emailed me saying I would be refunded the deposit which I was But still no winnings. I can see the withdrawl still processing. Have tried emails to the customer support with the questions you guys suggested and they’ve sent back generic replies or just repeating. Haven’t actually had any acknowledgment about it all really. Giving it till Monday then I’ll see what I can do next if anything
If they have refunded your deposit it seems pretty clear that is the end of it as far as they are concerned. They would not do that if they had any intention at all of paying you out your winnings.
There is no point contacting casinomeister – see below from their website
888.com has a policy to not have any contact with Casinomeister concerning player issues. We have a No Can Do policy with these guys. So, play here at your own risk.

1.firstly when you opened your account how long was it before you won and tried to withdraw reason is that I was declined my winnings because they said that they didn’t have 48 hours to check my account details this only came up at withdrawal (bullshit clause ) but if you had the account open more than 48 hours before withdrawing then you might have a complaint
2. Ask what casino you self excluded yourself from . You can then check if you actually self excluded and also get them to send you details of the self exclution
3. Ask if that casino was always owned by 888 .as some casinos get bought out by bigger companies
4.if this then applies make a complaint directly to the casino first if they Dobt resolve then take it to the gambling commission
I was unsuccessful due to immediate withdrawal after takeoff a bonus and paying for 6-8 hours . The vamping commission did agree that a normal customer wouldn’t check if they were self excluded with another company . However did agree with the casino that 48 hours to fully check was Adaquet so this time is important

ive emailed a few times to the management and not heard anything back so I’m guessing they are just leaving it or are busy with the corona stuff happening. I don’t think m there customer chat ever is operational to begin with. It’s a horrible feeling but one to learn from I guess. Thank you everyone for all your ideas and thoughts.
18th April 2020 at 9:28 pm #94929Got an email saying that the account I registered and self excluded from was 777 casino and not 888 but as it’s under cassava license it applies to them all. I’ve asked for proof because I’ve searched all my accounts and emails and can’t see a thing for them at all. Any advice on if this changes anything in terms of the withdrawl?
19th April 2020 at 11:45 am #94970This is a really horrible situation, sorry to read this. 10k is a huge number as well, as others have mentioned they would quite happily have taken 10k from you in deposits without moaning. I would have thought with 888, you would get your money as they are a huge regulated casino, but the self exclusion thing probably carries a lot of legal issues. Really hope you can get it sorted, or maybe the bandit or someone else can speak to their account manager for you?
