Pawn your shit and pay your rent, sell something else and try to get your money back.
27th October 2019 at 10:02 pm #82344Are you 100% sure that you aren’t able to get any credit to help tide you over the next month? You can check where you stand with credit using the Martin Lewis link below:

Not gambling-related, but I recently bought a gaming laptop for £1050. This is actually the same amount as your salary Delboy. I just realised this, so it’s relate-able to your dilemma. I stuck the full amount on credit, interest-free for the first 4 months. I paid £250 off straight away, then £200 per month thereafter. Now I’m down to £400 owing so it should be paid off by the New Year just before interest kicks in.

Drive to the nearest casino
Plow the lot on red or black
Replace the money if you win
Just kidding, but seriously, I’ve been there. That’s genuinely the thought process I juggle around in my head until sense kicks back in. Just have to talk yourself out of it and move forward 1 day at a time without further ruining your life. GL

You joke about it, but a couple of idiots actually tried this. I’ll see if I can find the story, it was a few years ago now. They took £6k from a safe where they worked and figured, geniuses that they were, they could go to the nearby casino, put the lot on red, put the six grand back and pocket the same amount for themselves without anyone ever knowing.
The slight flaw in their otherwise solid plan was the ball landed on black.
