Good morning all,
Apologies in advance for a long email and advice request but my daughter is about to undergo surgery tomorrow so I thought I’d be cheeky and ask on the “holy ones” forum as I used your link to join bandit xD!
so basically I was playing in redbet yesterday (been a member for 6 months or so). And I was about to deposit but saw I had a balance of £7.29 and I’m one of those :} who likes to clear a balance before making a deposit (always been eager to get a good balance from a low start for some reason) so I hit donuts on 50p stake and managed to get the balance up a little before hitting a mega win with purples which pushed me up to £600 roughly. I kept playing for a while and after getting bored went to change game only to find on the account screen section that my balance hadn’t updated.
so after going into a few games the balance was again the same, so I went back into donuts after trying to call the customer service line (no one available) and my balance was still there. . About 45 mins later I got to £900 and then hit big on £7.50 on a bonus winning over £2K so my balance was £3,159.
i then decided it’s time to stop and make a withdrawal but the same issue occurred so I called the customer services team (every good hit was video recorded after I moticed my balance disappearing the first time so all wins and balance changes (significant ones) were pictured and also I have video evidence of playing ).
so when I call customer services and explain my situation they inform me there is no log of any activity in my account that day and the last time I played was 5th of January!
I have since sent an email with photo and video evidence (after spending hours uploading it to onedrive as the files are too big!) .
Has anyone had an issue like this before and if so can you let me know what happened please? Lucky I was at home so had my iPad to record my gameplay otherwise I would have had no evidence at all, I even recorded my playing while talking to the customer service agent and he couldn’t see any activity, im now worried about playing redbet again as next time I maybe unable to record things and it obviously shows there is a flaw in their systems or data tracking..
thanks and sorry for for the long message!
9th January 2019 at 2:09 pm #35761I would suggest going over to casinomeister and talking to there rep there Mark he will get it sorted they are really good over there best of luck ?
9th January 2019 at 2:26 pm #35762Very strange , I can’t believe donuts actually paid ?. What does it say in your account history ?
9th January 2019 at 2:35 pm #35763I signed up with Redbet through this site and lost a few quid, and I decided to self exclude from them. I then got an email saying that although they are owned by Mr Green ( whom I have self excluded from ) they run under a separate licence and my exclusion from Mr Green does not mean I will get any deposits back. Not sure why I had this email as I never asked for my deposits to be refunded.
9th January 2019 at 3:56 pm #35779When you say you like to start with a fresh balance I assume this also means when your finishing a session you will run it down to £0.00 or as close to that. Do you remember leaving any money on the site? Sounds like that balance could have been the site glitching which would explain why it wasn’t displayed when you tried to cash out. Not really sure though, I’m not tech savvy myself! Hope you manage to sort it and get paid out though, keep us updated matey!

That is strange…redbet automatically closed my account, due to the fact i had self excluded from mr green when mr green bought them over. They didn’t give me option to keep playing.
9th January 2019 at 6:26 pm #35812@Thanks for all the replies ! Yeah dog it’s actually paid xD, to be honest donuts is a great game to play on a low stake if you fancy a challenge on playing with £20 and trying to get a balance that will allow you to play with higher stakes, if I have any bonus funds like videoslots prize money or weekend booster that is usually around £10 or £20 then I often hit donuts up and it does me quite well.
@thunderball6: my account history (gaming activity) only shows up to the 5th January (last time I played before yesterday). When I logged out and logged back was the same so it’s strange.
@jayjay230: thanks I will do that now
@green2711: no I don’t normally run it down to 0 as I like to start on low stakes when starting a session so I often leave around £10 in there but last session I was on bonus buys on chilli (forgive my sins!) hence the strange amount the balance showing on my account is the same as I finished in last session (5th January) and what I started on yesterdsy). I just went straight into dohnuts with £7.29 and played low stakes and built it up to a good amount then was lucky enough to hit big on a higher stake, I understand what you say about the glitching but I can’t believe the activity is not there as I have a video of me spinning on dognuts while speaking to their rep on my phone ( recording from iPad and playing and talking to rep on my phone) so everything is there in plains sight apart from my bloody money that I won xD)
will keep you guys guys updated…
so so far I have sent in 3 videos and 12 screenshots and talked to their customer service team but had no emails back yet even though I asked for them to confirm RECIEPT so I had a paper trail xD
9th January 2019 at 6:28 pm #35813Sorry the “dog” part was a typo, I’m not cool enough to use that lingo !
9th January 2019 at 11:52 pm #35968Hi bud, can you share the pictures and videos you have? The account history for me is the strangest part. To start with I thought you might have had a provider or game specific bonus that only shows up with the game client open and not on your main account balance. But wagers made should always show up in your account history. It can’t have been free play either, as you said on reopening the game the balance was still there. It’s only Blueprints that I know of where the free play remembers your balance from the last session played, unless someone can correct me on that.
But yeah, be good to see some pictures of what has gone on here. Count me intrigued!
10th January 2019 at 9:09 am #36047Hi biohazard, thanks for the reply buddy.
yea sure I will upload them here , would I need bandits permission to upload a video?
I haven’t taken a redbet bonus in months and this definitely wasn’t a bonus as I just played with the £7.29 in my account, also it wasn’t free play as redbet don’t offer freeplay on dognuts, like I said earlier when I was video recording the call with the agent whilst playing he confirmed this on video . It is strange and so far I’ve just had an email asking me to confirm my balances, what device and iOS version I’m using, if I cleared my cashe and removed and also what WiFi/xG im using . I’ll check forum rules about videos and upload them today for you but I got like 30 mins of footage to go through lol
11th January 2019 at 8:53 am #36502Sorry bio, got tied up last night (not literally) ,
here’s the video and the pictures I’ll send from my phone as they were screenshots so will be in a separate post.
i don’t see a video upload link so I’ve created it in onedrive as I had to do for redbet, the link is below
https://www.dropbox.com/s/f9bfa4ihvm138pq/Video%2008-01-2019%2C%2020%2033%2030.mov?dl=0
11th January 2019 at 8:57 am #36504SAlso the above video link is when I. On the phone to the customer service agent, I cropped it to reduce the size but have the full video although it takes ages to upload
11th January 2019 at 11:31 am #36568Okay that is bizarre! The balance in the game is quite small, but I can see that it’s not £7 (I think haha).
Never seen anything quite like this, it’s almost as if there is some sort of miscommunication between the game client (which is run on the provider’s server) and the casino (in this case Redbet). I’m wondering if somehow these slots are running on someone else’s wallet in the background?
If Redbet are still pushing back, request them (or do it yourself direct) to get a full log of wagers on your account. The casino keeps a record and the provider keeps a record, so BTG will have this information. If it comes back blank, I’d suggest providing your stakes, wins and times as close as you can (if you have them, you say you recorded a load) to BTG and getting them to investigate any possible matches on perhaps another account?
If you’re to log in now and open up another game, does the big balance still show?
11th January 2019 at 12:22 pm #3659211th January 2019 at 12:43 pm #36606Hey guys thanks for the reply.
i tried to upload photos from my iPhone but it’s not letting me saying I need to make sure it’s in a proper format or the right size? Yeah the balance was £7.29 or something which is constantly there even if I wager on other games. When I tried to log onto other games it states my balance as £7.29 so it’s completely disregarded my winnings on dognuts for some reason . The final balance was around £3,140 so it’s quite significant and again I have videos and photos luckily but still it’s concerning that data hasn’t been tracked.
i only have one account so don’t know how it could be running on someone else’s wallet
ill keep you updated as casinomeister are providing support and it has happened to others before apparently.
rhe saga continues …
