Great selection of games, the site is quick and live chat is always helpful and verification was pretty quick. I love the fact that they have a daily 10% cashback no matter what and you can release it when you want, plus they have player points which can be exchanged for bonus cash with wagering.
Not had a win worth withdrawing yet, but am curious to see how quick they are and if there are any issues.

I went to their page and checked out their games, sign up and make a deposit. I then go back to search for those games and see that all the ones I wanted to play have fucking disappeared! Then when I complain to support that I joined the casino to play these slots and the slots aren’t available, I’m basically told, “tough luck, you were stupid enough to deposit here in the first place”

Did you just withdraw your money straight out then when you saw the games you wanted to play weren’t there? You never know might have done you a favour. I’m only assuming you took your deposit back out that is.

I had a pretty terrible experience with their customer service a while back personally with a bonus gone wrong. I seem to remember most of the games didn’t work properly either, and the site was very clunky and old fashioned.
Pretty scathing review, I know, hopefully they have changed since then though!

deposited £30 won £350 after account verification took nearly a week!! Tried to withdraw, sat in pending for days, got to Friday asked why it hadn’t be processed was told I had missed the daily cut off when they were processed despite it being waiting for days. Checked 24 hours later still there, told it wouldn’t be until Monday as payments don’t work weekends. Monday came still not processed so then the inevitable reversal and loss came. Own fault I know but still frustrating as I just felt I was never getting the money so what did it matter. Felt like it mattered much more once I had lost it again ?
but as everyone on here will know we all have different experiences so I wouldn’t ever tell anyone not to use them, just be wary of withdrawal process.

11th January 2019 at 12:58 pm #36611Allbritishcasino are a part of funcasino.. both of which I’ve had accounts on. Happy to see they finally have got more providers as they didn’t have novo when I had an account there.
They are a really nice company and the chat are helpful, but I still think as a newish site they need to up their game with variety.
