Hey everyone,

So I thought I would share my story so you can all follow the result which I have a bad feeling it’s going to be a bad outcome.

A bit about me I play slots max $50-$100 per week done this for years I always loose but that’s okay I don’t mind I only play for the fun. I usually play on a site and if I loose weeks in a row I will take a timeout and try some place else.

In 2022 I signed up for a casino called Great win a (Rabid casino). I made 2 deposits and lost no big deal so I took a timeout on my account.

fast forward to last week I received an email from them saying my account is now active and as a result we have a special bonus for you.So I thought why not I deposited $98 through Skrill and played this through I lost it as I usually do. I then went to my bonus section which they have given me a bonus if $196 with a 35x waggering. Now for me to complete this type of waggering would be in somewhat impossible so I just played with the idea that I’m not gonna beat it well…..

I managed to get my balance up too $546 playing wild pop one of my favourites. I then jumped into my other favourite game (The rave) selected the hyper spin mode @$1.20 per spin. I went down too about $246 then I seen a hit of $3200 WOW! I have never won like that before.

I exited the game to check waggering and I had only done 15% so still had almost $6000 to wagger. It also said I had less than a day to complete this. So I loaded up Mental. I then went to the Hyper spin mode and played 6,000 spins over a period of about 2hours.

waggering was now complete and I had a balance of $3600. So I hit withdrawal. You can only withdraw $1000 a day so over 3days I will withdraw $3000 and play the $600 or so.

Its now been 3 days 3 withdrawals pending and I have not played a single spin since (I refuse too until my withdrawal has gone through).I have heard nothing I have emailed them fine to live chat and told to be patient. I checked with chat for cap on bonus and there is none.

Im worried reviews are not good for this site. And I promised my wife we will go on holiday and finally buy a new bed with winnings. Everyday she asks me and I don’t know what to say. I wish I never told her I won cause I’m scared I won’t get my money and she will be disappointed.

sorry I came here to vent it’s just you guys are all gamblers so I wanted to share my story. Worst case I will take this up with ask gamblers and ask for their help. I just hope it doesn’t come to that

Don’t want to piss on your chips here, but did you check the bonus T&Cs? A lot of sites will only allow you to withdraw equal to the bonus given or another set value – check that out. I don’t know anything about Filipino licenced casinos so can’t tell you their legitimacy but seems they have some ratings on sites like Ask Gamblers and Casino Guru – they don’t do weekend withdrawals is one thing I could find. Hope you get your cash.

I have joined a site called BassWin. I deposited £50 and got a 100% match, so started off with £100. Started playing some slots and was doing really well. Got up to about £500..so thought i’d play this game called Lollipop Pop. They let you but the bonus also for £20. Did  1 and a warning came up about max bet terms and conditions. Anyway thought nothing of it and played and i hit a monster.for £1098. This was from a 20p bonus buy. Kept playing and buying bonuses on different games. Played roulette and hit some big wins on there all still wagering.Long story short i got up tp about £4,400. Got everything verified and took out £400, which was max withdrawal. Kept playing different games and blackjack. Had my balance just short of £6,000. Was playing this morning and my balance disappeared and i was left with £50?? Spoke with chat and was told that i violated the terms of the bonus when i played a bonus for £20..max  bet was £2. So all my money has been confiscated. Due to Maxbet Violation? Am not getting it back. Has anyone else had this issue and if so is there a way i can get the money back?

@Inception yeah I checked with terms and conditions also with live chat and there is no max win cap which is great. I have already logged complaint with ask gamblers.

@poker555 unfortunately mate that money is gone. Consider yourself extremely lucky to have gotten out the $400. A bonus buy if any amount greater than the max bet per spin allowed is a violation. Most sites these days have tools so when you accidentally bet over the max the game won’t work. Unfortunately doesn’t appear to be the case here.

An update:

Was laying in bed last night and received a email from Skrill (money received $1000).

Couldn’t believe it I didn’t even get asked for documents which is weird.

still have x2 pending withdrawals so not gonna celebrate until I receive them hopefully I do. I read that it takes 3 days after last withdrawal for next withdrawal to show up. So it could be another 3 days. Then another 3 days for the next withdrawal. Still haven’t played a single spin yet. Going to wait for it all to arrive

Just thought I would give an update.

Received all monies that were owed. Strangley NO verification at all. So happy days I got everything that I was meant to receive.
