Hello all, long time member, first time poster here.
I have been having trouble with a casino that I have casually used for two years and only now been disciplined enough to make a withdrawal. I have 18.1k waiting in my account but their customer services are terrible and have me going in a circle with ID and generic answers. Rather than blame me for using a rubbish site which I now know was definitely a mistake, can you assure me that their licences mean they must pay me? Or prepare me to lose it. The winnings will not only make up up for lifetime but also completely pay off my debt and allow me to buy some lego as a treat.
I am panicking and really hope To get some responses from this community. Is this a common tactic so I gamble it away (100% won’t do that now!) Or is this unusual?
