Hello all I have been on here since the very start but never posted before.

But I sit here laughing at how the Forum has gone mental with what can only be described as “chancers”

It’s an amazing thing that Steve has done by offering “geniune” members some money back on there bad luck stories on slots etc. But I cannot help thinking he must be sitting there thinking wow look at all the bad luck stories now, and I feel he has somewhat made a rod for his own back.

Just look at how many posts have been made with sob stories about this slot and this losing deposit etc since the last video.

I’m not sure if it makes me laugh or angry, possibly a bit of both if honest, but I wonder what Steve’s views are and was he aware this would happen?

I cannot see how he can repeat this act of kindness now, if he even was thinking of doing it again.

Anyway rant over I will go back in my cave.

For the record I don’t Gamble (anymore) but like many I guess find a degree of solice in viewing the videos.

It has gone a bit mental, hasn’t it? But I’m sure The Bandit can easily spot the brand new sign ups who’ve posted one topic about how they’ve lost on whatever game. But it’s only the new sign ups which are basically begging spam accounts that annoy me. I don’t actually begrudge regular, contributing members chancing it by telling their bad luck stories; it’s very generous of Steve to just randomly give away bonus winnings to his community from time to time and for those of us who’ve never won a prize draw or even just hit a decent feature with our own money on games we see other people getting good hits off all the time, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with thinking you know just once, I wish it could be me. As long as it’s being done with no expectation or sense of entitlement, just a fingers-crossed that one day you’ll be enjoying a video and a bit of banter and be the one who gets a stop and gasp moment when you hear The Bandit mention your name and go “here you are mate, this one’s for you”

Most unfortunately yesterday I was talking about games I can’t ever get a good hit off before I knew there was a video up (it may have been before it was uploaded, actually) in response to another post about Captain Venture, I only saw what was happening because it came up on the forum. Only then of course did I cringe as I realised it’s going to potentially look to other people like I was not-so-subtly hinting for something, when I really was just having a moan about a couple of games which tend to consistently play badly for me. But I post pretty regularly about my slot experiences both good and bad on here, so hopefully my post history won’t leave people thinking that about me.

Yeah I totally agree with all of the above and as you say I’m sure Steve was fully aware this would happen.

Still doesn’t sit right but it’s got fuck all to do with me, but it seems society (some) are always on the look out for handouts.

Don’t get me wrong when I used to play i was always moaning but to myself as at the end of the day it was my own responsibility to spend as much as or little as I wanted or could afford. Obviously sometimes that goes wrong,but again only myself to blame.

I am but no means a Man of money but I would of felt duty bound if given something in that way to actually give it away again otherwise it would just have gone back in the system.

Anyway I do not like typing so until the next time.

I said this last night and got a load of backlash, it’s pure cringe and it’s so obvious what people are doing.

All you need to do is look at the threads prior to the video dropping, yes people share bad luck stories but over 20 in an hour?

Backlash was mostly from one poster, wasn’t it? To be fair, when I read your post yesterday at first I wrongly thought it was a dig at me because I’d been posting on the “14 billion spins later” thread which Steve actually gave the guy a Captain Venture bonus for in his video – but like I said, I didn’t know there was a new video when I was writing on there and I guess I then got defensive because it was so cringy for me when I later realised what it looked like I was doing. So apologies for any misunderstanding. I have since seen the flood of new posts from new accounts and you were right, the sheer volume of poor me I can’t get a bonus sob stories were getting ridiculous.

I am actually one of the people who won on the bandits latest video about a post I made in September about fruit warp. I have also had a moan about a few other slots well before this video was made never did it for a handout or anything it was more in frustration and to see how other members of the forum feel about that certain slot and see if they have had good or bad wins from it.

it was a massive surprise and an amazing one at that he doesn’t have to do anything like that, I have watched every video and signed up to most links supporting the channel but I get my rewards from the videos Steve puts up every week.

i do however agree that since it has been made there has been loads of posts venting about slots that dont pay and thousands of spins, getting abit silly.

I find it quite amusing.   My wife’s company often gives furniture away in competitions on Facebook.   You always get the saddo bad luck stories,  it happens everywhere.  Some people have no pride.

This thread certainly isn’t a dig at you bud! I too, myself, have made several threads since the forum opened having a good moan about certain slots, sharing RTP and kicking off a discussion.

It’s just unfortunate that a number of viewers have decided to join the forum just to have a moan, putting no effort into their post, providing no startup for discussion or engagement, just for some free money!

I actually wanted to make a thread last night about Buffalo Rising, but I held back as I didn’t want it to come across that I was looking for a handout! I’ll post it in a week or two once this blows over. :’)

I know it wasn’t mate just had to put it in there anyway, been around since the start from YouTube really think majority of people know who the regular people are on the forum and such but the posts have gone abit silly but think you should still post about buffalo not tried the game yet but if not just pop it on this thread in instead

Don’t apologise mate, I know deep down who’s doing it and who isn’t!

You weren’t to know who it was aimed, but if I’m being honest I’m glad it rattled a few cages, I just couldn’t sit back and watch all of these people spamming hard luck give me a bonus threads, it just grinds on me.

The Bandit has got a great thing going here, and being charitable often brings out the worse in others, unfortunately!

Not begrudging anyone who benefited from The Bandits last video as nobody expected it,But im sure the most derserving did not win,i say deserving as in those who lose alot of money and have used the bandits links so he benefits most from,as most ppl who post on the forum and as you can see from big wins posts play tiny stakes so he makes very very little from them,but i guess they are also the ones who £200+ will mean alot more too.

And no i am not saying i am one of the big losers,i do lose alot of money gambling but tbh i dnt ever join casinos through affiliate links,for my own selfish reasons of i believe you get less bonus offers from casinos of they are already having to pay out whatever to the affilate.

Anyway,nice one bandit was a good thing to do.
