I would advise everybody to stay away from Genesis Casino. I deposited £30 via Boku and managed to get upto £1700. I withdrew the money on 12th June and as expected was asked for documents for verification. As I had a pay as you go phone I was unable to provide evidence of the phone number being mine so sent in a bank statement. After the 72hrs lead tome was told it would take another 15hrs. After the 15hrs it was rejected and was told need proof of number being mine, I explained I can’t and then they said they need to see my Boku account, at that time I didn’t know there was such thing but eventually I found it, so I emailed (as requested) the following documents, Passport, Driving Licence, Bank Statement, Bank Card and coot if Boku account, again had to wait 72hrs only to be told that I still need to submit my documents. (By this time it was 18th June, I contacted IBAS and they informed me to put a complaint in and ask for a final ruling on my ID. At that point I decided to resubmit my documents but this time by the site (Passport, Bank Statement and Boku Account). On 20th June got an email saying that need me to submit a copy of my driving licence as Passport did not meet criteria, so I submitted this on 20th June and again had to wait 72hrs. Got an email this morning (23rd June) stating that they need a picture of me holding my drivers licence, so I have submitted this and now have to wait yet another 72hrs. Please please avoid as it’s taken me nearly 2 weeks just for verification and they don’t accept passports.
