so a little background to this session.

 

I was playing 3 card hand at first with a starting balance of £150. Managed to make this to £600 hitting mainly straight and flushes here and there .

So i decided to try my luck on the blackjack table (I prefer to play 2 or 3 hands). First couple hands it wasn’t so bad, just a a few 2/3 hand wins or 1/3. Ended from the blackjack on £430 and so onto the slots i go .

The slot I landed on was lion festival on £4.00 spins. The base game was giving some decent wins here and there but in the end I run my money down to 0 after around 450 spins without a bonus.

I was playing on grosvenor casino for the above session as i have been for a while now.

Thats not a bad session to be fair mate. If you where playing slots on £4.00 a spin and had 450 spins, thats £1800 quid thats gone through it so you must have hit some decent base wins to keep you going. Never seen the slot before to be honest.

I have had a really shocking weekend for slot bonuses. 300-400 spins for 20x type when they have landed. Its all part of the swings in a gambler’s life. I think the £4 spins were a little high for your total balance and a lower bet may of helped you hit a bonus or leave enough cash to try something else to score on. You sort of closed your options with the £4. Hope you hit it big next time bud. 🙂

£4 is way, way too high a stake for a £400 balance, you’re lucky it lasted longer than literally 7 minutes. A good guideline if you want a proper slot sesh with some features and a variety of games is to start with 500x balance, so £400 means playing initially no more than 80p spins until and if you hit a big win.

I would much rather go with around £2 with £400 balance in tbh and risk either a nicer win (in theory ha) or a quicker bust. Rather than 80p and hit a bonus to only get something like £80 on a good bonus and blow it all away anyway. At least with the high risk u actually have a chance of walking away…that’s only me tho maybe but that’s the only way I come out winning I think.

No some people prefer the higher risk and fair enough, but when I was playing if I deposited £200 which was my typical starting point I wanted it last at least a couple of hours and play a range of games. Also if your aim is to maximise the chance of turning even a small profit, keeping your stake and risk lower at least at first is the better choice.

Not for me mate I wouldn’t walk away only winning a tiny profit that u would get off 80p I’d have to be more up to walk away tbh that’s just the way I play I would 100% build up the stakes if I started at 80p I wouldn’t be happy with just an 80p bonus no matter what ha

You can hit big wins on 80p, I’ve had £1600 roll in on that stake and there’s potential for much more depending on what you play! Problem with £4 stake on £400 balance is most of the time, that’s just go in 10 minutes with no feature and I wouldn’t have felt like I’d had a decent session out of it. Each to their own of course!

I actually put £20 in today and started on 60p as not planning to lose much at all. I played millionaire and I got a bonus with £20 balance still it paid £73 so I up to £1 stake I get a bonus again but pays around £30 and my balance is at around £80 anyway I get four more bonuses one when I had £8 left and 1 loses on first question (?) and the other three one pays £17 one pays £75 and the final one paid £9 lol lost the lot as usual. So yea today ur right mate the lower stake actually paid more ?
