Hi guys just wondered has anyone noticed that their bank is stopping legitame full security given and plenty of money in the bank deposits to online Casinos, its happened twice to me now, so I rang the bank up and got the “No your card is fine there are no restrictions”  so hours later tried again and it was fine. I had made 2 deposits fine earlier. It is just ticking me off as it seems the powers that be are again telling us what we can and cannot spend our money on. Has anyone else experienced this or am I just the unlucky one.

Depends – is it a UK site? Sometimes there are periods where payments will fail due to network issues.

No I have noticed a pattern, my bank will only let me do 2 consecutive deposits to any on line casino, so for instance one on Coral, then one on Mr Q then that’s your lot unless you make a purchase else where like amazon then it appears to reset but again  you can only deposit twice then it rejects anymore tries to deposit unless again you make another separate purchase then bam it works again. Very worrying to have this sort of blocking, feels intrusive and very big brother. Any thoughts, I am not rich have on line limits set on these on line casinos, think I am going to have to challenge them on this, may be seeking another bank other than Natwest.

I’m with Natwest and have never had a problem with any kind of payment to a gambling site.  You need to get them to have another look at your card limits or check the type of account you have with them as they have loads of different current/card accounts and some do have limits on transactions to certain areas of business on them but they can remove them.
