[In Inception67 WANTED $5 Outlaw]

So, I thought that after arguing for months with BC.Game and 500 Casino support teams – who have literally ignored me for 3 months now – I will make clear the potential problems playing on these sites brings to people who follow The Bandit, this will probably get taken down but hey ho.

Some background – I have a diagnosed pathological gambling addiction – I am on Gamstop and have Gamban software on my phone(only recently). I also did some time at her Majestys service for taking some money from my – at the time – employers and absolutely smashing it all on online gambling(money was recovered, but still did a couple of years). This was back some 8 years ago. I got onto Gamstop and just simply stopped playing altogether and attended GA etc and managed to get a new career path for myself – until I started to see these Crypto sites being advertised by UK players(not just on here, but lots of others). This was almost a year and a half ago – since then I have managed to create no fewer than 14 accounts with 500 Casino and 11 with BC.Game. Now, your probably thinking, why does he have that many accounts? Why not just one? Well, the answer to that is that on the first accounts I asked both casinos to close these down due to gambling issues thinking there would be at least some kind of device/wallet etc block – the truth is this has happened with each and every account – and the casinos already know about it, but won’t stop you. I cite the support team at 500 Casino – where I had 4 previous accounts at the time – messaging to say that I can’t get bonuses as I have a previous account.

You could have 1000 accounts running at these places. In fairness to 500 Casino, they said they would look at “device blocks” – so that it can establish your device mac address and block – yet they have done nothing. BC.Game on the other hand – well…the only responses I have ever had from them have been quoting some term about UK not being allowed – yet at the same time this same BC.Game have COMMERCIAL DEALS with UK streamers and lots of them! Neither site has offered any kind of self exclusion or any other mechanism for this to stop – I have blocked all I can – but having an addiction as bad as this is not helping matters. I absolutely know what I need to do from my side – but this complete lack of ANY blocking mechanisms on both these sites is bordering on ridiculous particularly when every streamer under the sun is advertising them and making all sorts of income. Once your in you can’t get out and this has been a vicious cycle. I cannot stop when I start so I cannot ever win any money – its just a guaranteed profit for them each time I open an account on these sites. I have tried and tried and tried to speak to both casinos about this ,Curacao lawyers, UK lawyers, Revolut, ADR’s, Antillephone and the GCB…but nothing is ever done. it is always “Stop opening accounts” without understanding the issue – that because they have NO blocks of any kind then I could create accounts for the rest of my days!! Thousands of pounds frittered away for absolutely nothing at all.

My advice to anyone, and advice I need to take myself, is if you have any kind of problem with addiction DO NOT play at these sites…they will not help you in any way, they won’t block you, they are happy to take profits from anyone and literally do not give a shit. They are completely unchallenged on it as well as their licence bodies, particularly Antillephone, are just cheerleaders for the casino…they are not a body that will protect anyone.

Hi, I too had a massive gambling problem, from the time I could reach the slot on an arcade machine up until last year when things came to a head (about 50 years as a gambler of all kinds).

My partner found out I was spending pretty everything we had over the previous 5 years so I asked Gamcare for help and they assigned me a helper who phoned me every two weeks for 6 months and we discussed every reason why I gambled and any other subject under the sun.  I saw the light very quickly and stopped gambling full stop, no slots. no bingo, no horse/greyhound/football bets and haven’t gambled since March 2024.

Sadly, it cost me the thing most precious to me, my partner of 26 years who said she could no longer trust me and for the last six months I have been living with my 91 year old father, who doesn’t want me here, while I look for a job to fund my own flat.  I am on the housing list but it’s going to take years to find somewhere and I cannot afford the deposit for private rental, if I could it would change my life completely but I am currently living on just over £300 a month Universal Credit.

When the crypto sites started to appear, I thought “maybe give that a go” after closing all my UK sites of which there were many but  Gamcare/losing my partner had such meaning to me that my desire to gamble is pretty much zero.  I just couldn’t be arsed to go through the hassle of setting up something that wasn’t in the UK either, didn’t want it my life that badly anymore.

I also knew that so many people would have issues with these sites at some point and they have no reason to help you (A certain pair of streamers make you realise that very quickly by keep saying that they never ever have anyone go back to them with a problem).

I watch The Bandit, have done for longer than I care to remember and his videos make me laugh, the guy is the best slot streamer out there and I watch others too, if anything puts me off gambling even more.

So, there is hope out there and I’ve really rambled on here, if you have a huge problem, give Gamcare a shout (called Empower Yourself now I think), they helped me get through it.
