[Smgxking WANTED $18 Outlaw]

Ive been playing at bcgame since the bandit started, with no issues until now! Cut story short a bought a 10p super bonus on Reel Big Catch (bc original game) super bonus cost £30 (300x buy), played the bonus out then noticed my balance had dropped alot, i checked bet history and i was charged £300 for a £30 bonus i contacted support and they didn’t want to know, because i didnt have a video or screenshot of buying the bonus i had no proof, even though bet history shows the error. I tried to click on game to see if there was a replay option and they have blocked me from playing that game! No surprise……

Sorry to hear. You’re bet history only states the cost of the bonus, maybe it was on a £1 by mistake. It doesn’t state anywhere £0.10p, so essentially your word against theirs. I’ve clicked spin on £20 instead of. 20p before, it happens
