Hi all, I haven’t played on bc in a while. After withdrawal today I’ve received the following message from crypto wallet, “Under the ‘Travel Rule’ regulation, you or the originating platform must provide additional information about the deposit for it to be released. You can access your deposit now by submitting the required information in the Crypto‌.com” What do I do ,any one had the same issues? @thebandit

Put your name in, put United Kingdom and non custodial wallet and it will release the funds.

Sorry meant to say you’ll find the form you need to fill in, in your wallet under the crypto you’ve deposited.

It’s a load of crap you have to fill in every time you deposit to the crypto app. I think all exchanges are required to do it now, something to do with money laundering I think?

Resolved: Filled with my details and my crypto wallet name

In the crypto app go into the accounts section and there should be a message you can click on to fill out the details.  Wallet type is non custodial, country I put Curacao, put in a random first name and surname and that should do it.
