Just warning any newcomers or existing players on BC, i have been running into a lot of glitches on the site, the most recent ones are me getting a bonus on golden catch got three scatters, however it never gave a bonus no malfuction btw, took a screenshot, help team did nothing but submit a ticket which said everything is fine you didnt get one, never got any real answer requested an explanation and got nothing. second issue was all my quests on the site glitched out show .001% or a varried % sent another screen shot again ticket, and again not site issues. ive been playing on this site since bandit started on it never had this many issues and when i did customer service was usually pretty good, however now its just heres a ticket also no email updates or anything they are clearly overwhelmed with customer issues and are just giving tickets that they dont look into unless its something absoutely massive.

 

Be warned that if you have an issue they probably wont pay any attention and just take the money, but still seems to be legit. will post my screenshots as proof if needed, just wanted to give a heads up due to the wager race going on now.

I had something similar happen to me last weekend. My VPN was turned on and it as saying I was in the uk. This was on my phone so whacked the laptop on and it was fine. Tried my phone the next day and that was fine so fuck knows what was happening. I use Windscribe VPN and region Germany.

I hate how Ronin Stackways breaks all the time when you put it on turbo spins. If you play it on normal speed it seems to be ok. Annoying

I use express vpn and i use norway seems to work the best very rarely have issues with games or load times

Yup only game that seems to alway break when using any turbo mode, it happens honestly on 500 casino as well 🙁

I use Finland on my Nord and haven’t had many problems, i do get the Ronin game breaking a lot on super turbo though. It doesn’t matter where you play, which casino, someone somewhere will ALWAYS have a bad experience, sadly the thousands of people that have no problem never really feel the need to talk about that, it’s just something that is inevitable, BC, 500, Mr Vegas, Sky, Virgin, Bet 365 absolutely wherever, there’ll be plenty of people that have had something happen that they didn’t like, nature of the beast unfortunately.

I used the Netherlands on secure free VPN.. haven’t had any issues with BC, I got a max win off a £20 deposit on 20p and it hit my wallet within minutes.

 

Playojo on the other hand have played silly bollocks with me over a £50 withdrawal. I had to show them years of my finances to prove the tenner I deposited wasn’t being laundered lol
