Follow up from yesterday, nothing has changed!
If anything their UI is even more broke. Liquidation price on a BTC short using DOGS as currency (betting the market is going down from the current position) is shown as 11K under current price. See picture below.
Customer service playing stupid:
I used to recommend this site to people. Last year they changed the bonus structure – now wager 53 THOUSAND POUNDS to have a chance to spin on their wheel – where you will win 38 pence worth of their in house lottery tickets!!!
Site has gone to shit. My last post and this one prove their UI is broke and they fail to even acknowledge it let alone put right what money I have lost because of it (a whole £5 pound, it’s the principle not the amount) despite photographic proof.
Best advise is to steer clear of BCGAME. It isn’t a matter of if they fist you, it is only a matter of WHEN.
