[BP BP90 WANTED $1 Outlaw]

Hi all.

I think I already know the answer to this but thought I would get some advice.

I have using my girlfriends Betfair account for a while now. I have used my own cards to deposit and put my girlfriends name as the bank account holder when really it is my name.

I have made numerous deposits and withdrawals successfully with no issues.

Overall I am thousands down and was wondering if I have a leg to stand on in regards to getting the deposit money back based on these circumstances?

I know this is highly unlikely but when I hear numerous stories on here in regards to casinos holding winnings it got me thinking about the reverse side of things.
