I won £19,141.40 last Friday & attempted to withdraw £18,500 (was goin to play rest)

Yet when i tried to log in Later that  night but they have logged me out of my account & locked it.  Lots of emails Later and they say my account is under review now??

 

Is that  common with a big win ? 6 days later & I’m no further forward. Every email I send i get the reply “account under review,  unknown timescale”

Anyone had this. ?  I just want my money

I dont gamble online these days mate for this very reason, but this type of behaviour from casinos is just wrong. They wouldnt stop you depositing so then you should be able to withdraw once all normal checks are done. Keep us posted

The thing is mate, at least if they do it then your winnings are somewhat protected “unless you have breached their T&C’s”, With these crypto sites they can just take it away at any time.
