Hi bandit, sorry to be a mithèring twat but I’ve just signed up to betvictor through your link. I chose the bonus of wager a tenner get 70 and played it through. Was waiting on the bonus to activate and an email pops up asking for the new verification process of a picture of myself holding my passport ? plus all the usual crap. Goes to do it and can’t get into my account? Tried all the usual stuff, forgotten password etc but no joy. Any ideas?

128th April 2019 at 11:40 am #63031ID processes seem to have gone mental lately tbh – I still haven’t submitted my selfie holding my passport to Casumo, i just don’t agree that it is required.
128th April 2019 at 1:43 pm #63058I’m starting to get a bit worried about all of this shit, I don’t have any photo id just a full birth certificate so I fear I’ll be fucked if they ask me, despite owning photo id not being a legal requirement in this country.
Also I’m about 3k into betvictor and about 100quid in profit all together and they’ve never once asked.. The only places that have are LVbet and Guts

LadyLucks casino asked me to do this about a year ago during a pending cashout. I had already cashed out several times and was about £3K ahead on the casino. I was fully verified
During the process of the pending cashout, I was told they needed to phone me to confirm my phone # and identity. I said OK that’s fine. Then the phone calls started. I answered every single one of them and my phone works just fine. I could hear the people on the other end of the line and I know they could hear me too. They claimed they couldn’t hear me properly so they couldn’t confirm my ID and would be unable to process the withdrawal
Ummmmmmmmm WHAT????????
I was in live chat and they phoned me several times to both landline and mobile. I was answering the person on the phone in live chat so they would know it was me. This still wasn’t good enough. Because they couldn’t phone me from a phone on which they could “ID me from my voice” like they are my mother or something, they refused a cashout.
They wouldn’t let me call them either and I pleaded with support to call me from their personal phone if their work phone wasn’t working properly. They refused but eventually I got a phone call from somebody on a phone that apparently worked both ways
It was some bossy bitch who told me they wouldn’t process my withdrawal until I had submitted a selfie with the exact bill and ID that I used to originally verify my account.
After remaining patient for a long time and covering every single transaction ever on my account, my playing style, games played, last login, etc, I went nuts at the girl @Liberty. She was a manager and I didn’t shout at her but I was transcribing parts of the conversation while it was happening and all the names of the people involved. I attached it to a draft of an email to UKGC and forwarded it to LadyLucks while still on the phone
I got the cashout in the end (like £1400) without submitting any extra details but this company and affiliates continued to phone me on a daily basis asking for these details, emailing me constantly. I had to block all of them on my phone and they kept using different numbers. That’s a lot of working phones they found!
29th April 2019 at 3:07 pm #63323They also emailed me telling me I would no longer be eligible for bonuses on a list of casinos (IIRC Alea and White Hat)
14th August 2019 at 7:41 pm #78013Had a new low yesterday, though it wasn’t betvictor. Had an email through out of the blue saying I needed to verify my account, so I went onto live chat. Not only do they want a picture of my ID, they want a selfie of me, and a stamped bank statement. Not any bank statement.. I have to go to the chuffin bank and ask for a bank statement and them to stamp it! Wouldn’t mind but the bank is a good 15-20 minute drive, they let me know this at around 4pm when it was due to close and I ain’t going out in rush hour. I’ve told them to stuff and I’ll play elsewhere.
14th August 2019 at 8:45 pm #78019I am so glad i’m out of the online gaming sphere, joined BET 365 on my 18th birthday 16 years ago. Stopped betting online a year ago as it had all got ridiculous, just seems to get worse
