Deposited £20 into Betway on March 29th using the debit card associated with my current account
I withdrew £80 from Betway the same day but due to their policies the return was made to the original card on my account which is a prepaid MasterCard associated with my online paddy power account
it’s been over 30 days now and I’m yet to receive the withdrawal but Betway say they can’t do anything without seeing the bank statement the refund was made to. My problem is it’s not a card associated with a bank account and the paddy power statement they’ve sent me is worthless, it doesn’t even include the MasterCard number or my name and address on the statement
Any ideas what else I can do?
