Does anyone else have a problem with BTG slots when using an Apple device? I’ve tried iPhone and iPad and neither will allow to play Bonanza, DHV or any other Big Time Gaming title. I just get an error message and then it kicks me out of the game. The device I’m using also gets very hot when I try to play those games. Anything else I try to play seems just fine.
Anyone else experiencing this problem, or any thoughts on it?
17th July 2018 at 11:04 pm #11499Omg yes. Every btg game boots me out after about 10 autos. Drives me crazy, and yes to the hot device too.
17th July 2018 at 11:08 pm #11500Whenever i play on my iPhone, it gets hot as fuck no matter what game i load lol Usually it would be DHV though, sometimes Reactoonz or Book of Dead though and it goes hotter than the sun lol
17th July 2018 at 11:30 pm #11502Yes i get the same on my ipad or iphone reloads after about 10 autos on bgt games normal spins will useually last a bit longer. I thought it was something to do with my wifi For ages. But now i think it is something to do with cookies and apple blocking them
18th July 2018 at 7:38 am #11529At least we know it’s looking like an Apple related issue. Annoyingly I bought an iPad thinking it was just my phone, looks like I’m trading that in for a laptop then!
Never had an issue with reactoonz or book of dead, it’s purely BTG for me, and I can’t even get one spin on the games before I’m kicked out with burnt fingers
18th July 2018 at 8:32 am #11532hi i had the same issues as you on my mac on videos slots but found there play fine on poker stars only seem to get this on btg as well
18th July 2018 at 8:44 pm #11586Those with Apple devices – could you try using a different browser? I wonder if it’s a CPU usage issue.
Slightly different issue for me as I’m using a Windows laptop, but it would run hot and slow down on Blueprint games. It’s the bit where King Kong Cash does the mystery barrels and the equivalent on other Blueprints e.g. the mystery TV screens in Top Cat. When 86-odd barrels / TVs rolls around everywhere, that’s when the laptop got hot. Turns out that my browser (Firefox) was only utilising the on-board Intel HD Graphics 4600. Once I changed it to use the dedicated Geforce GTX 960M instead, the Blueprint slots performed fine and no heat issue any more.
So in summary, try changing the web browser, and if you have more than 1 graphics card, set your browser to use the higher spec one.
18th July 2018 at 11:22 pm #11594I wonder if running it through Google Chrome will make a difference, that seems to be the “go to” response whenever you contact customer support.
I also never use the app, I’m with Redbet and don’t think they even have an app. That could also make a difference, not that technically minded so just throwing ideas out there.
It is frustrating though cos I want to play DHV and White Rabbit!
18th July 2018 at 11:42 pm #11599It happens to me when i use the Bet Victor app as it will usually be that casino i am on if i am on my phone – i do a lot of my footy accumulators through them so i like to have quick access through my phone, i don’t really have the apps of any others lol Phone gets hot as hell though sometimes for sure!
19th July 2018 at 12:36 am #11603All of the btg slots have changed to sc gaming today so maybe the issues will stop now we just have to worry about if they have changed the games lol and if we are going to lose auto spins like there other games
