Hey Guys, so following on from my thread a while back about how blueprint games hide a lot of their information that is sent to the client but not displayed to the screen, such as gamble %’s, spin mod teases and bonus results i’m just wondering if i spent some time to create and distribute a chrome extension that displayed this information to the user if anyone would use it? – it would be free of course
A general list of features would be:
* Tell the user if its a tease or spin mod
* Tell the user if a big win is coming
* Tell the user the % of winning a bonus gamble
* Tell the user when the bonus has landed – and at what stage
* Tell the user the outcome of any “pick” bonus
of course more features/game makers could be added, and i realise for some it would take away the enjoyment of the slots – but i tend to quick spin anyway – and use my developer tools to make sure i’m not disappointed when a mega tease is in progress.
12th February 2019 at 3:30 pm #48434I’d be interested in this for sure! I can’t stand Blueprints, so at least if and when I do play them, I’ll have a heads up if it’s just dicking me or not.
12th February 2019 at 3:37 pm #48436I think it would be a good idea if people wanted it mate. Just checking though…….would running any sort of extension put you in breach of the casinos terms and conditions. From my basic understanding of what you are suggesting, it does not in anyway manipulate the game etc. I just know how fussy some casinos are with regards to paying out. If they could detect you are running a chrome extension, would that potentially cause any issues?

Chrome extensions can carry exploits, malware, virus etc.
12th February 2019 at 3:48 pm #48440I’d make this very much a community project, as i am aware of quite a few developers that are signed up to the forum. Full source code would be available.
Just to be clear this wouldn’t give anyone any advantage over the spins, or an outcome, only an informed decision on their “chances” – eg, goonies – bonus gamble could be 65% chance or 45% chance and it’d show you what your odds were. This does not guarantee that the 65% will win and the 45% lose in anyway but i like to know – i recently played “mars attack” and was surprised to see from level 4 to level 5 (top level) its only a 23% chance – i’ve lost 5 times. I wouldn’t be starting work on this till next week just wanting to gauge reactions
12th February 2019 at 7:40 pm #48540Do btg’s do this on a feature gamble? Bandit mentioned in his video you are essentially gambling one bonus for another not upgrading your current one. Would be awesome on say chilli to see the feature you have or what you are gambling for etc??

That would be considered abuse I think even though I doubt it is possible, because I think the server wouldn’t relinquish that information, the same as it won’t tell you if you are going to win or lose the gamble.
