HI guys, looking for some advice on an email I received over the weekend from a particular casino I play at regularly.
I’m not going to name the casino in question, not until I have (hopefully) received my winnings, but here’s what has happened..
I’ve been on a good run the past 3-4 weeks, managing to beat half a dozen match deposit bonus wagers and withdrawing winnings with no issues.
The Casino I received the email from, is part of a large Casino group with many sister sites, and in my opinion they heavily promote match deposits, such as 100% match, 75%, 50% etc.
I won’t lie, when I deposit…99% of the time, it will be with a bonus. I just find it’s a great way to get more play time and make the most of a deposit…even if you lose.
I got this email Saturday evening, literally 2 hours (conveniently) after beating a wager and hitting the withdraw button….

I’ve sent a well written email back, defending my actions as I am kind of racking my brain trying work out what I’ve done wrong?
In my deference;
– No actual bonus terms have been abused (max bet not exceeded, no restricted games played etc)
– I played a huge mixture of games, ranging from high R.T.P to low, everything from Jack Hammer to Dragons Treasure….
– The casino that has made the bonus abuse allegation, have sent me no fewer than 29 promotional emails since 01/1/2019, all offering some sort of % match bonus or free spins bonus.
Incredibly even after the email allegation, just this morning they sent me a 50% promo email….. well run casino this lol
-Is it normal for a casino to continually email you promotional email, then when you accept them ‘preach’ bonus abuse? lol
-Has anyone else come across, or had this bonus abuse issue?
-Should I be concerned about them paying out my winnings? I currently have 2x withdrawals pending from casinos within the particular group, totaling $2000+
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
PurpleRon 😀

4th February 2019 at 10:09 am #46174Same thing happened to me . Nektan casinos . Not allowed bonuses anymore . Would say 8 times out off 10 . I beat the wager .And once withdrew before hitting bonus money . My withdrawals were 200- 300 every time from 20 pound deposits. Max conversion was 200 pound though when u hit bonus money.
4th February 2019 at 10:11 am #46175I think the key thing you mention here is 99% of the time you take a bonus when depositing casino’s usually dont take to kindly to this. From what you have said you have had a good run just move onto the next 1. 9/10 they wont reverse this decision so no point wasting more time with them. It reminds me of when i opened a casimba account with there deposit match offer cashed out a tidy profit and got email next day. Plenty other casinos out there mate ?

Yeah I think you are right.
I think going forward I’m going to have to consider a few raw deposits…mix up my deposits, not just use bonuses.
Will definitely be moving on from this casino group though.
I just hope they pay my winnings. Not fazed at all, about the bonus ban, but will fight to get the winnings.
Fingers crossed.

Cheers pal.
Hopefully you are right.
Guess it would be hard for them to find a genuine legitimate reason not too….
4th February 2019 at 12:02 pm #46192Sounds like netkan to me,you will get your winnings, but just no furture bonuses,i never do them anyway as i hate the 4x cap(massive wagering)makes them pretty useless really
4th February 2019 at 12:32 pm #46196You will get paid and your doing something right if they are stopping your bonuses. Move on to another site and do the same is your only option as the casino will not reverse its decision. It is a regular occurance and is getting a pain for winning gamblers. Good luck and i hope you continue winning. 🙂
4th February 2019 at 1:18 pm #46200Smells like either Nektan or Cassava this.
Yeah unfortunately these sort of casinos are very twitchy when it comes to how you use your bonus funds. If you’re only depositing using a bonus and then making a profit and withdrawing, they will shut that down very quickly.
4th February 2019 at 4:14 pm #46255How on earth is it bonus abuse if you use them? i get emails from some casino groups almost everyday for some bonus whit deposit so when i am making depo there is always one to be had why not use it? bonkers if its so…..
4th February 2019 at 8:11 pm #46370These days there giving bonuses and match bonuses with a con in them you use them and the minute you spin there not paying i got offered one the other day off redbet a 200% match deposit upto £50 but read through the t&cs wich i never do but found the catch was max bet of £2 wich it always is but was only allowed to be used on bet you can all guess STARBURST luckily i did read it otherwise id of been up in profit and wouldnt havechad a penny as i would of broke the terms just be carefull what your accepting always read the t&cs first i am from now on
