They never replied to my email/my side of argument.

Was imagining what would happen if i did this at my job…
I work as a department store manager, and we regularly offer our reward customers Buy one get one free deals.
Imagine the uproar if one day, a customer turned up who has taken advantage of the promo a few times, and I turned around and said;
“Sorry pal, its Buy one get one free for other customers, but you have to pay fill price. No promo.
O and dont try this at another store, you bannned from signing up to there reward systems “???
