Morning folks. I’m looking to do my own bonus hunt and was wondering what people thought would be good slots to do it on. I’ll be playing on 60p bets with a £400 balance.

I used to enjoy doing bonus hunts. Check with the casino first on live chat to see if your aloud, don’t want to get a big hit then find out it’s void. I don’t think novomatic bonuses save, when you get a bonus on a blueprint and close the game I think it updates your balance as they are predetermined. My favourite providers was micro gaming and BTG so these was mainly included in my bonus hunts. Immortal, finer, bust the bank, DHV, temple quest, donuts etc. I could usually get around 10 bonuses with a £400 balance £0.90-£1.20 stake. The key is don’t chase a bonus or you’ll end up ripping with only a few bonuses. I used to put about 50 spins through a game, if the balance was holding I’d carry on for a bit, if it was ripping I’d move on to the next game. I suppose different things will work for different people, it’s all about luck.

You didn’t mention if it was raw or with a match bonus? If raw, i would start with the more easier bonuses such as steam tower, wild north, golden colt or what ever it’s called and then move up to some of the more popular slots in bonus hunts. Temple quest spinfinity is sometimes easy to bonus if it’s in the mood.

As far as I can remember, novomatic and red tiger don’t save, so will just update your balance as soon as you close the slot. Yggdrasil only saves for 20 minutes or so.

If you’re playing with bonus cash, check with the live support first to see if it’s okay – I’ve seen a few streamers get bollocked for it, and then their balance gets forfeited. If you’re playing with cash, good luck! Let us know how you get on.

I regularly do my own bonus hunts with a 1k or £500 balance playing £1.20 stakes. Whilst being fun I’ve only come out with profit twice out of about 30.

Last night was the worst, £500 with a £500 bonus (the videoslots slow release one) only managed five features and onky released 30% of the bonus. Then proceeded to lose the £250 return fromn features in disgust ?.

From my experience it doesnt matter what you play, I keep a spreasheet of which ones bonus most often but its just luck on the day. As appleman91 says dont chase, set a limit on each one and move on. Good luck.

Ooh forgot to mention, you need to also think about the amount the bonus normally returns, for example I recently collected 17 bonuses and thought I was in a good position for profit, four paid 0x (other than the trigger) and five paid less than 10x. The ones that are easy to bonus (Wild North, Steam Tower) invariably pay less in the bonus.

Even though they’re less volatile and therefore a bit boring, games like Wild Wild West, T2, Happy Holidays consistently pay 25-35x with the odd bigger bonus thrown in and can be relied upon to actually return a balance. I tend to think of a 75-80% return as a successful hunt and gives me some joy for a few hours, which is the point of it.

Well, that was eventful.

Found out that as I’m on my phone, any bonuses crash the app if I leave it and start another game (casumo app) so had to just go through them when I got them.

 

Started off on steam tower, (£100 deposited) bonus within 10 spins on 40p it paid £23.20. Thought I’d go for another one and it only went and reached the top level giving me £98.36. So up over a hundred within about 50 spins. Moved onto bust the bank, took about 90 spins, again on 40p, paid £12.40.

Balance was still looking good so thought I’d give dragons fire a go, took about 150 spins, couple of half decent line hits so balance still around £190. Bonus was gash, as moved to £60p and paid £17.08.

I thought I’d give DHV a go and it bloody rolled in a line hit, £1 stake, skull, x6, skull, x6 and skull which paid £374.40 (unable to add pictures on this but will add to submit big win).

So I withdrew 300 and cracked on with some more game. Played BOD got £31.20 on 50p spins, took about 200 spins so balance was getting around the £100mark.went onto book of Ra, never really tried it before, bonus was in within 60 spins on 40p and paid £35.00.

Thought I’d give temple tumble a bash on 40p, bonus came in and gave £35.76.

Had a really good line hit over on DHV on £2 stake. £146.00. I know, I went big on that game. Thought I. D give it another go at getting the bonus as when I was on it earlier it was over 300 spins no bonus. Ended up doing another 300 on £2 spins, no bonus but balance still half decent so was going to bank rest of it when it got to £100. Decided to give £5 spins on it for 7spins, bonus rolled in on the 5th spin. Arse absolutely collapsed hoping for a giant win. So I went for gates. You’ve got to really. Ended up with bells ?, bonus gave £184, bit gutted with that.

Balance was now sitting about £300. Should have banked it but as gamblers know we always want more. Made the mistake in going for diamond mine on £2 spins, had about 450 spins and balance nearly down to the £100 cut off I had, bonus rolled in and paid £123, tried DHV again as it had been so good to me but nothing doing so ended up banking £150.

Up £350.00 for a good session that lasted about 4 hours.

Will probably do another next month. Hopefully get similar results.

Yeah nice hit in the base. That bonus though ouch. Don’t know about you but when it’s deciding I’m repeating to myself over and over no skull no bell then it one of them comes in and I’m you git knew it would be one or the other lol. ?
