After some help here. Played on Rick Book of Dead with Rizk. Game was a bit start / stop, glitchy, when the bonus dropped in. Nothing happened so restarted game and expected bonus book with symbol to appear. Instead it span again and dropped exactly the same three books in. Again no bonus appears so contact Rizk support and they say to leave it one hour and try again. Tried again later and nothing again! Contact again and they say they will escalate the matter to Play n Go. Got this reply yesterday. What do you guys think?

Won’t be able to see what it was due to play, they can, however, view what it should have paid.this should be the case as well with spins they void..
1st November 2018 at 4:12 pm #22388They will have a reference of that particular number that was generated from the RNG. All they need to do is check that number and they will see what the prize would have been.
Go back and ask them exactly that. Don’t accept that they don’t have a record of the result. Also check your play history, it should all be itemised and there may be a reference for you to use there.

1 – can I please have the unique game ID for my spin, including the information as to the game it’s self (book of dead has 4 versions, seamless sts, wallet, mobile sts and mobile wallet).
2 – ask them what caused the payout to be voided. What error was caused.
Question – did the bonus drop in in front of you or did the game crash mid spin and left that as the image.
3 – email playngo yourself with the info you get if the site won’t help. I can get you an email if you need it for their team.
4 – state to rizk that you saw the round come in, and you know you cant be credited with a bonus (slots that have good spins can’t be manipulated to give a bonus at a new time) but you want a fair proportion of the expected win. Ask for 100x as 5x wagering bonus funds IMO.
Conspiracy guys – they won’t good the game as it’s going to win. You can’t possibly see it fast enough to do it, and GIG won’t have the ability to see the info in advance. Just not physically possible.

I don’t know if this will help but I had similar problem. I was playing Mermaid’s Diamond at Unibet. Got the Bonus and the game crashed. Reloaded the game and bonus was gone. No payout – nothing. Wrote to support and they refunded me my SPIN MONEY , which were 40 euro cents. I asked if they were making fun of me and so on but they told me to “** myself” in good words :).
Anyway , I went to askgamblers.com and wrote a complain about the company. They opened a ticket and gave Unibet staff member or manager a week or something like that to explain themselves. You have no idea how quickly they apologized and paid out DOUBLE average bonus – 40euro.
I suggest you to write a complaint to http://www.askgamblers.com. They are some kind of fair play organization and tries to help people out. 11th November 2018 at 1:36 pm #22956I would want an explanation from the provider as to why a void round displayed as a feature trigger. It may just be that’s their default screen; one of the old Rainbow Riches arcade cabinets would irritatingly display a full screen of jackpot symbols in the event of an error, heavens knows why. But yeah certainly if that happened to me, I wouldn’t be touching PnG again.
