At least there is one good thing to say about our current batch of political leaders and politicians.
JBs porn tax will never get through parliament – they are a collection of the biggest wanker in the country, it’s in their interests to block it 🙂
13th March 2019 at 6:37 pm #54971Turkeys voting for Christmas is what that vote was. Pretty funny when you watch the news about people being interviewed about losing their jobs because of Brexit, and they voted to leave. Enjoy that mate. ??
13th March 2019 at 6:38 pm #54972Please take the 10 minutes to listen to the people who matter on these subjects…
Project fear is indeed a reality, even the BBC agrees.

Fortunately being Scottish it won’t have the same effects on us as it will the people of the rest of the UK in the coming years… We will be more affected until the independence vote comes up again (And if we leave its guaranteed to pass this time) and by joining the EU again (As we have guaranteeds from them to do so) we will become stronger as a independent nation, its all about figures for us, we are what just over 6 mil people and we can cover our GDP very easily by reclamation of our national products alone. England on the other hand with its non global power will fair rather poorly with its stuff upper lip & all the Car products going over seas, even Williams will move.
Alough the elite will fair rather OK as they have financial clout, I hope you guys aren’t relying on trickle down Economics. But you may have to work abroad ???
Lmao.. What a shit show of the most untrustworthy politicians that have ever been in our governing parties.
History will not look kindly to these folks.
Enjoy your travels to continental Europe for work.
13th March 2019 at 6:56 pm #54980I can’t wait until the second referendum, there’s surely no way that it will be a no vote this time. I’ll be back in New Zealand when it does happen but I’ll fly back to vote if I have to, i wouldn’t trust a postal vote.
That video is excellent by the way.

But don’t you all see how disgusting things are with politicians and politics.
Since the powers that be wanted a remain vote they are willing to screw the country and ppl over.
Anything that happen is because someone wants it to.
Just imagine the difference if the country/media/politicians got behind the winning vote and really tried to make things happen, no scare stories no bullshit just… Right let’s do this attitude..
The fact that this country has been a world leader throughout history shows we can accomplish anything if we work together.
Unfortunately the people voted leave. yet the people in charge all voted remain so it’s all gone tits up. Us the people will lose out and suffer, not because a leave vote won but because it was ment to lose.
That in its self is a massive worry for future generations, what’s the point in voting in the future if you are constantly told your opinion is wrong.
At the moment no one is worth voting for, and realistically only the tory and labour could win a election. Anyone else is never getting anywhere. But the problem for me is both Labour and Tory is a terrible choice.
If the future turns out shit its because some dickhead wants to teach the people a lesson. Look what trouble you have caused, you should listen to us the government, we know best .
Might as well just let them get on with it

The vote was a NON BINDING AGREEMENT.. An advisory vote.

Look I don’t care. But would u say that if remain won. No
13th March 2019 at 9:07 pm #55029Brexit ? Bollox. Brexollox, you might say.
Harsh reality ? Zombies voted, either way. Thinking they actually have the power to affect change. The whole brexit thing is for the rich and of course the poor will pay the heaviest, as they always do. Let’s see some bs they don’t talk about under the guise “we voted to leave”…actually, no we didn’t. We made a voting noise that displayed assisted confusion.
Did you vote leave ?
Did you vote stay ?
Did you actively choose not to vote ? I did. Labelled a lazy non-voter.If you don’t understand what just happened, god help you.
Let me explain. I’m not saying remain won. Leave did get the highest amount of votes. No, not quite. Not voting leave, got the highest amount of votes. By all accounts, we voted remain or ‘meh’.
It took me 5 minutes to write this. That’s about as much energy as I have for the subject. And I haven’t mentioned the inbred racial aspect.

Was that before privatisation of public services and before manufacturing was pretty much destroyed?
because the UK is pretty weak now by comparison to what it used to be. World leaders in fuck all.
