Can’t you get your accountant to put something in the post to you that’s pretty official. It’s worked for me in the past.

Always knew you had money Haz, I could do my accounts on the back of a fag packet. Accountant indeed.

Lol I wish mate. Judging by what accountants charge sometimes I think I’m in the wrong business.

Your spot on Haz, I refer families to accountants for paye matters for their support workers almost daily, a lot of money for little work.

Haven’t read every reply but the wankers (I forget who now) made me go to the bank and request a statement to be printed out with my address on so i did, at great inconvenience. Job done though.

Bandit you can go into the bank and request a proof of address statement over the counter. They have to provide it (I believe there’s some regulation/law that they have to)…..that should suffice for the brain dead fuckers!!

I know is a ball ache actually going out to the bank, but it does work.

    Much love ♥️

Cheers Dolly yeah i should probably stop being lazy but i hate unnecessary hassle lol all the other casinos let me actually just edit the address field, then the ones i have played at since asked for proof…. and accepted what i sent 😀

I don’t get it or I’m missing something!

When you join a casino they run a soft credit check to prove identity (age and address etc.) which you’ve done and been satisfied for years.

You can or should be able to update any personal details including address, phone number, prefered payment etc at any time.

I would try a deposit and if it’s accepted you’ve won/can counter the admin bullshit. The same if they are communicating with you via phone or email… in that case they’ve already satisfied vetting in order to communicate

As for accountants its worthless and costly.
