Anyone used these before? I signed up on New Year’s Eve deposited for the match bonus but for some reason the funds didn’t show on my account, although I had the confirmation email, and proof from my banking. I’ve talked to customer service daily since and it’s still being investigated.
the funds have left my bank, so I don’t get how it can just disappear, I feel robbed to be honest. It was only £100 but hey that monies mine.
6th January 2019 at 6:51 pm #34857Am I getting you right, you deposited, money came off your card but didn’t go on your casino balance? If so, I’ve had this before at a couple of places. Once the money was just automatically reverted to my card a few hours later, the other times I had to argue the toss with the casino and send bank statements proving they’d taken the money but I did eventually get it back.
Technically, it happens (usually) because of a fault between the casino and their payment processing provider. The separate payment processing company charges your card, but the casino’s software doesn’t get or doesn’t successfully process the notification that the transaction went through. It’s a thankfully rare but annoying glitch that can happen.
124th February 2019 at 7:46 am #50765Phone your bank, tell them you have been defrauded of £100. You paid for a service and the payment didn’t reach them so where did it go? The bank will then have to deal with them.

Your optimism does you credit. I strongly suspect the banks view will be that this is an issue between the customer and the provider. A view that will probably be reinforced when they find out that it was an offshore gambling site 🙁
24th February 2019 at 1:27 pm #50759This happened to me at Calzone about my 4th deposit, it was for £500 Calzone site rejected it and asked for proof for I’d etc. I sent all in, but the 500 they rejected sat in my pending for about 2 weeks then disappeared out of my account. After having no joy using their customer service with bank account screen shot, transaction screenshots etc, I’m still awaiting my bank sorting it.
24th February 2019 at 1:28 pm #50779Amazon charged me for a year with a prime membership one of the kids had somehow set up, they refused to stop the charges or refund me as I didn’t know the email it was set up in. I went higher than management and no luck. Phoned my bank and had all the money refunded within an hour. Makes no difference what you are paying for. You pay your bank good money, make sure you use them when needed. Doesn’t matter one jot where the transaction was for.
