Haven’t played for some time but fancied a little session. Signed up to Casilando, deposited $100, played a bit, withdrew $101 just to see how the withdrawals were (speed etc).

Took around a week to get into my bank account but shocked to see I only received $69 out of the $101. Anybody able to give some light on this ridiculous charge. I had only 1 option for withdrawals which was to bank account, filled in the info & phoned bank for swift code and put that in. Casilando recon they don’t charge & my bank recon there may be a $10 fee .

Goes without saying I will not be returning to Casilando but the charge has me baffled. I thought leovegas was bad enough when I would be charged $16 a while back

Is this just a Canada thing or is there a reason for these charges. I am getting the runaround from both the bank and casino

It’s a canada thing. Theres another thread of someone complaining about the fees in the reviews section I think.

Just read that post. Total rip off it is. Mr Green charges 1% on withdrawals, nothing else and no bank charges so I will stick there. Was wanting a Casino which has megaways bonus buys etc but don’t know yet which ones. Currently I know of 3 casinos where I do not get ripped off with charges, Jackpotcity/Spin Palace & Mr Green. Neither have what I am looking for.
