    Hi.

Got a nice win on bc game but it’s asking for my id. There’s no option for UK id. Is there a way around it or is the money lost?

I’ve got money stuck in there now. Unable to proceed with withdrawal due to failed verification.

Won’t let me access the customer support either.

So my question is, how the fuck do I get my money off this site? Or do I just accept it was a fucking con all along.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

Warned of this a couple of times in the past week. These casinos are changing the goalposts because of the imminent licence revamp. Unfortunately there will be more of this to come. Some casinos where UK was not listed as a restricted country have been changed to list it and also KYC is being asked for a lot more. I’m getting out of the foreign game until things settle down.

I threw my balance against the wall earlier. Rather that than wait for them to just steal it anyway.

The next bog question for me though is how does the Bandit take his seemingly 19k balance out. He’s in the UK. So won’t be able to verify like the rest of us.

Interested to see how that plays out.

If you’ve hit this problem and already submitted UK ID for some reason (knowing you’re not supposed to play there) your chances of getting your cash is slim-to-none; you have to hope that show some mercy.

However, if you haven’t submitted any docs yet and don’t know what to do, there is ONE thing that worked for me a few years ago when I got KYC’ed at Bitcasino.io – playing from the UK with about 2K in my balance.

I “explained” that I was a UK resident but lived outside the UK (doesn’t matter where, somewhere in Europe but MAKE SURE it’s not a restricted country at that casino) and told them I was long-term travelling or living with a GF something like that.

As a result, I “didn’t have a fixed address” – but I was living in an AirBnb – and they were happy to take a copy of booking confirmation of it.

Now, obviously I didn’t do this – but I heard some people simply went to an old AirBnb booking they had, downloaded the invoice/receipt, and edited it to change the dates/location to match.

Having said that, I think it actually happened to me twice, and the other time I actually just booked a free cancellation room on Booking.com, and said that I was travelling.

Of course this wouldn’t work in a long-run situation where you wanted to keep playing somewhere, but for a short-term emergency to try and get your cash out, it’s probably worth a shot

This is why I hope the bandit sees this and realises before it’s too late although he might own a hose abroad, I genuinely didn’t know you wouldn’t be allowed to use in UK i thought VPN was needed for security purposes as we’re dealing with crypto. BC live chat not even working I was waiting hours last night.

they knew Bandit was from UK before they give him the deal, a lot of UK streamers got good deals from BC to target UK Gamblers, so no KYC for big streamers

The same has happened to me. I think there are 2 options:

    1. Contact then and explain you were using a vpn and can’t withdraw

    2. Use a fake passport from google image or something. Seems fraudulent.

Thinking might have to take the hit and accept I’ve been conned. BANDIT should contact them and appeal thus because he endorsed them

I’m facing exactly the same problem, finally had a decent win that claws back a little of the losses I’ve had since signing up but now it wants me go through verification, no idea how we get around that and they didn’t seem to have an issue whilst I was depositing thousands,  Have you managed to find anything out about a work around?

Can you guys explain how you are being asked to verify. I did a withdrawal yesterday after depositing yesterday. I only had a 1x play through requirement. I’ve only ever submitted I’d via an email back in June/July so there was no online verification process to get round.

Note that legally you should be able to play with UK passport. My cousin still has his after 20 years even though he’s lived in Australia all that time
