I have been waiting since 21/04/20 for a withdrawal of £900 to be paid into my account. After chasing them up for a 3rd time, today I have been told that they are having issues with withdrawals and they could not tell me when I would be paid. They said I will be notified when the problems are resolved. I posted here a few days ago saying I was worried because after my withdrawal I got an email saying I was banned from all future promotions, which seemed weird. Is anyone else having problems getting paid or are they trying to pull a fast one. Can anyone help please?

Eugh. White Hat site, I’d stay away. They’re legit and they’ll pay you, but my word they will take their sweet time while your pending withdrawal sits there for a few days tempting you to reverse it. Decent casinos will have your withdrawals processed anywhere from 2 minutes to 2 hours max.

Why do some casinos make you wait so long for a withdrawal, it’s annoying!  I played at Aspers online, they make you wait 3 days via Paypal and they don’t work on weekends, so withdraw on Saturday, you could end up with the money on Wednesday, so I just stopped playing there after a while, badly put me off.  I didn’t want to sign up to another casino either because of the security stuff you have to go through now, like ID, more ID, then just 1 more bit of ID, then a picture of you holding your ID, your financial records, a picture of you holding a picture of your ID whilst holding a copy of your financial records, then even when you think you’re okay to play, even when they say you are okay and verified, they’ll randomly challenge you for more ID again at some point, it all just seems silly to me now, so I simply don’t play anymore and it’s funny as it’s the casinos themselves that have put me-and I’m sure others, off of playing, so aren’t the casinos just hurting themselves in the long run, just seems stupid to me…

Been there. Also been a White Hat Gaming VIP, not that it brought any real advantages.

Sky / Bet365 / Videoslots / Casumo – never had any significant issues with any of these.

To be fair I think I’ve only had one major withdrawal issue ever, and the casino in question went into administration. (Cost me a grand, but you live and learn).

i took a bonus with a white hat site last month deposited £50 got £50 bonus, wagered it and had £500 in the end…..i put a withdrawal request in and 2 days later got a email saying i was banned from taking anymore bonuses on any of their sites, they said i can have the £500 but if i sign up and take a bonus again they will seize all funds and ban my account lol….anyway, i got the £500 then self excluded from them to get them back 😀 £450 up so im happy lol
