hi everyone!
So today is pay day and after weeks of over time I thought I would spent £40 on video slots because I can afford it and well who doesn’t like to have a slot? I deposited fine played away hit a huge bonus on Captain venture on £1.00 stake it paid me £1179.80!!!
So now I’m all excited like yes it’s going to be an awesome Christmas. I go to withdraw and it tells me I have to withdraw to my card most deposited, well that ones expired. I’ve had my new one verified! Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen? Video slots said it should be sorted in 24 hours removing my old card. Just hoping it doesn’t take too long!
Happy slotting!
22nd November 2018 at 11:21 am #25062Hi Megan,
Yep unfortunately this is normal. It’s an anti-money laundering process that casinos implement – you basically have to withdraw to a card to account for the amount deposited.
If it’s expired, you just have to request that card to be removed. They may ask for proof of this from your bank.
Once this is removed you should be able to withdraw to your new card as normal.
P.s. congrats on your huge win – going to be a nice Christmas for you! 🙂
22nd November 2018 at 11:54 am #25069>> Check with your bank first BUT you should be able to withdraw to that old card anyway and it will still find your account. Although the card has expired, refunds (and withdrawals) to expired cards is nothing new in the card industry. When you speak with your bank, ask them to note the query on your account so if there are any issues, they can see.
