Alright thought I’d put this here so some of you can stay away from this casino.

I registered with Casimba, it’s got a very good first deposit bonus (200%) the games are alright it’s got a good variety (no novo’s or merkers though)

I made 3 deposits the first one is 200%, the second is 25% and the third was 50%, on the third I beat the wagering which wasn’t too bad. It was only a 25 deposit but still took a while on min stakes. I ended up with 150 to withdraw.

Made the withdrawal and here’s where the real issues lie. I’m the type of person with not a lot of self control when it comes to reversing so I always lock my withdrawals so I don’t. I went on to lock the withdrawal and there was no option there. So I went on to live chat to get them to do it (they refused)

I had an argument with the live chat about the way they handle withdrawals so I’ll let you know all I found out:

1 – There is no lock function at all

2- they automatically send you an email saying “you have withdrawn you have 2 days grace period to reverse it”

3- those 2 days, they don’t even look at the withdrawal for 2 days.

4- the live chat is by far the worst I have ever seen, they have a “if you reverse it it’s your fault” mentality

Now all of this I could forgive if there was any responsible gambling options that could negate this reversing but the worst part of it all is:

4- they have no loss limit functionality, they have a deposit limit but this is no help at all when you can reverse the withdrawal at any point.

 

Of all the casino’s I have been on there is always a way to stop yourself, if you built the balance up to 350 and you want to withdraw 300 then setting a loss limit of 50 for a week til the withdrawal comes through is perfect.

 

I know some people with be saying just don’t reverse the withdrawal but I know myself I’ll be sitting there and think I’ll just reverse it, take 20 out and withdraw the rest, but this resets the 2 day counter. I reversed it and played with 50 of it then promptly put a time out on my account.

 

The issue with the timeout is that they won’t contact me in that time, so if there is an issue with the withdrawal (documents) then I will have to keep getting back on to that shitty live chat to check on it.

 

If you have great self control it could be a decent casino because of the bonuses but as gamblers I’d say not many of you have the best self control (that one more spin mentality is a bitch)
