The casino actually asked me what certain transactions were for and why I had sent money to another bank account. Think they thinking I’m on the old laundering shizzle lol… So I explained them and that I sent money to my other debit card to be able to get more cash out. And guess what they wanted a statement for that one too!!! Crazy!! So I sent that one too…
Then finally today after 6 days waiting and moaning they actually accepted the 6 bloody forms of ID I sent and processed the withdrawal. To my shock its already in my bank account as they used Trustly instant bank transfer which is the saving grace in all this lol. I thought I would be waiting 3-5 days to be sent back to debit card!
Now I gotta make sure I don’t blow this withdrawal now haha

They are arseholes,im pretty sure i heard the GC are putting anew rule that if a casino has had a chance to ask for ID but has not then they can not suddenly do it when you withdraw,i hope that is the case…..im having shit atm with Dunder…let me deposit Thousands over a couple of week,make my first withdrawal and they want heaven and earth for ID..fucking idiots.
20th March 2019 at 10:31 pm #56492I was asked the same when I used to play on video slots I no longer play on their site as they refused to pay me my winnings I had deposited £100 and won over £750 despite providing proper Identification they still refused I had to get a lawyer to fight for my winnings won in the end but took 13months
