ok here goes, after last years losses playing the larger sites 38 grand down(obscene amount I know) the last few months I’ve changed tactics play at the smaller sites depositing small amounts and trying to build up a balance.this method has worked out quite successfully compared to last year.been playing on all British casino for a while now and find the games play a lot fairer.this may be down to being on a lucky streak or paranoidal mindset or them not changing rtp who knows
so last Tuesday deposited £25 went on a bonanza hot streak and withdrew £1150 it took all night to get there.pushed withdraw Wednesday morning waited 24 hours for confirmation of withdrawal they leave it pending for a day to tempt you back in.received mail from support to tell me my driving licence expired on the 11th of March and to please send in a new copy.i contact live support and tell them I never realised it was out of date but will take three weeks to replace and don’t want to wait that long for my winnings, also told them they have let me make 32 deposits and one withdrawal since it has expired and they have never contacted me in that time.i then asked support that if I close my account will they transfer my closing balance.the guy on support said let me check I wait ten minutes and he comes back saying I will e mail you a response from the payment team.
Forty minutes later I received a email saying if I make a withdrawal now the payment team will push it through but please send in new licence in three weeks, fair enough nice result.go to withdraw button push in £1150 and make withdrawal.24 hours later no response confirming withdraw so wait to the afternoon then contact live support who tells me I only tried to withdraw that morning which I hadn’t it was 24 hours previous and I will have to wait.i tell her that the second request was made 24 hours previous and she tells me it’s first come first served and the payment team have left for the weekend back on Monday.i have screenshots of all the conversations and have the e mail from them clearly stating they will put the payment through on Thursday.blatant stalling tactics hoping I will cancel withdraw request.all this for £1150
27th April 2019 at 11:03 am #62809to be fair it’s kind of your fault.
your id is invalid so they have a right to hold the funds till you send them valid id
27th April 2019 at 11:08 am #62810Hi nokia09 yeah I see your point but they have let me withdraw since it expired, also I was happy to close my account and get sent outstanding balance but their solution was toes done the money through and wait for my new liscence
27th April 2019 at 11:13 am #62812If they said they send the an email and search on LinkedIn for their head of casino. Tag them in it.
Email your screenshots and issues and state you only want what was asked. Dont threaten or shout.
Should work.

27th April 2019 at 11:31 am #62823The silly thing about casino verification.. is that just because your driving licence expired.. it shouldn’t make a difference to them..
The point of the licence, is to prove Who you are. and it does.. until you die. the fact the licence expired is a moot point.
A can of beans is still a can of beans, no matter what the expiry date is…
27th April 2019 at 11:58 am #62833Obviously it was in date when I opened the account.i haven’t driven for years now ( cars ain’t much use when you live on a boat!) just logged in to my account and it’s still showing verified though that means zip shit.no I just get the feeling they hope you will reverse the withdrawal and spunk it back.

If only that was true, if a passport or driving licence is out of date then by law it is no longer valid ID. I find it quite shocking that they have said they will pay you out but send your new licence in 3 weeks, if I was to do that selling age restricted products to someone after requesting ID then I’d lose my job, face a fine and could even possible end up with a prison sentence.
But it sounds like you was already verified? If that is the case then the original ID should have sufficed as long as it was in date when you sent it.
27th April 2019 at 2:43 pm #62856Hi green yeah I’ve been verified since January my liscence expired on 11 th march but I wasn’t aware of it as I don’t drive anymore .strange as I’ve made a withdrawal since then and 32 deposits.

Well I don’t agree with that, can’t stand casinos who ask you to verify when you’ve been verified already…shady fuckers.
