I opened a dispute three weeks ago about a spin on auto Roulette that registered as a loss but wasn’t, are they allowed whatever amount of time they like to resolve this ??. They uodated me on friday and said the operators tests come back inconclusive so they need more time, what a joke.
Ive had problems in the past. I posted on Casinomeister.com forums, they have casino reps and also a free complaints service. Hope you get it sorted either way.
Cheers Rob, it’s interbet, sonprobabky unlikely they have reps and the likes , the customer service is good for getting back to you, but unfortunately just say they’re still waiting to hear, going to close the account as soon as it’s resolved.
I’m not a betting man (LOL), but I would put a £10 on them coming back with system error, bet was void, you can have 20 free spins on Reel King at 10p as a consolation
