I really am fed up of these backwards rules for casinos (online).
How can you take the money but not give it back UNDER THE SAME circumstances ?DEPOSiTING :
— Log in casino
— Click Deposit
— Choose Paypal (or card, makes no odds)
— Set cash amount
— Click OK, accept, yes
— SUCCESSWITHDRAWING
— Log in casino (if not already)
— Click Account
— Click Withdrawal
— Set amount
— Click Ok
— Re-enter password (for security reasons!)
— Click Ok
— Wait for withdrawal (tick fucking tock)
— Receive email regarding ID “required”
— Take photo of Debit card (omitting some numbers with photshop) ((Even though you didn’t use it to deposit. directly))
— Take photo of driving license
— Inquire on live chat to confirm (no paper bills or official letters in my name) that the following is acceptable
— Live chat confirms it is so….
— Take TWO screenshots of online bank statement showing YOUR TRANSACTION TO THEM
— Second screenshot shows account details including PART of your address (only part for SECURITY REASONS)
WAIT…… 3 days
— Get email saying “please provide picture of your old card that ran out over a year ago”
— OR provide photo of statement “This is your old card and you authorised payments on it”
WAIT… 24 hours
— Get email saying “Screenshot of address shows only part, therefore not acceptable”
— Reply “Live chat said it was and I only have a passport left as ID”
WAIT…..yea so do I do a fucking DNA test now ?
Why take the money if you wanna use SPORADIC bs to delay paying it back ?
I consider withdrawals the same as a refund. Surely the ID DNA and family tree dating 15 generations required, should be asked for, before you can deposit or don’t even ask. Worse, some casinos are so easy to pass this… while others (skyvegas and recently aspers ask for none at all.At NO point is all of this acceptable. Some of it, sure, not all of it.
BTW – I am a size 9.5 (UK) shoe FFS
119th December 2018 at 12:45 pm #29623you mean they have not sent you a tube to piss in for your DNA confirmation you sir have gotten off lightly ๐
in all seriousness the amount they want now is a joke but it should be noted that it is not really the casinos that want to do this its the laws that are put in place etc by other people that make this shit happen ๐
119th December 2018 at 1:00 pm #29625I totally agree, maybe we should make them jump through a million hoops to prove who they are before we deposit.
I know its down to the law but I imagine they love holding onto their profits for as long as they can.

I would love to agree that it’s the law but the sporadic nature of need for ID deems otherwise. Sure, due to trade agreements, laws of both countries must be adhered to, when trading in any fashion between two countries, if casino is outside of UK etc, but surely there are casinos in matching countries, not adhering to the same need.
19th December 2018 at 3:06 pm #29648I see this topic crop up time and time again and it baffles me every time. Although I agree many casinos these days have very detailed, and sometimes obscure, KYC checks, it is to keep within the law. Just a quick Google search will tell you how many casinos in recent months have been handed heavy fines for not doing enough.
But that’s not normally the complaint. The complaint is because this tends to happen at withdrawal stage – this is what baffles me. If you had to do these same checks upon depositing instead of withdrawing, then what is the difference? The only difference is, a large % of customers won’t ever have to submit themselves through these painful checks as they won’t ever withdraw. And for those that do end up withdrawing, the outcome is exactly the same as if you were to do these checks when you deposited?
I know for me, I much prefer these checks to take place at the withdrawal stage, because quite frankly, I couldn’t be arsed to undertake these checks every time I sign up to a new casino – whatย a ballache! At least if I’m lucky enough to win then I’m more motivated to go through these checks on withdrawal.
