I signed up to a new casino about 2 weeks ago, got a bit too sucked in and after spending over 3 K I decided I needed to self exclude. I asked them via webchat to guide me through the process and they were extremely rude and gave me an email. Thinking they would process my request straight away I sent the email. 24 hours later and the account is still open I asked to speak to a manager and again they reiterated that it’s 24 to 48 hours to self exclude. At the time of writing the account is still open and it has been much longer, in this time they have sent me 3 emails offering free spins. I can get a bit carried away and use the self exclude feature to calm myself down. Surely this is not legal and I feel I need to warn other gamblers as this is not a safe place to gamble, it’s called bondibet. Screenshots attached. Fyi, I really enjoy bandits videos as they take away my urge to gamble… would love advice on what to do here…

That trick may work for you as it seemed to help scare the casino off in his case?
22nd December 2019 at 2:05 am #85491I can help, but i cant find much int he way of legal filings from this casino or group.
Can you see what licence it is holding please? At the bottom of the home page it should say, but from what I can see it holds no licence. If thats true… dont ever play there and run the fuck away. They may well be ok but thats like trusting a guy on a street corner to look after your cash instead of your bank.
22nd December 2019 at 1:44 pm #85512This is shocking to say the least. This should never happen, the moment it was raised to their attention they should immediately close your account.
Follow eejit’s advice!
24th December 2019 at 12:26 pm #85640Does Australia have a gambling commission? If they do, you should contact them and report the casino. You should still report them anyway, though I think there will be a complaints procedure you have to go through first. Make sure you keep note of all correspondence.
