Just sent this to the big man on Twitter, but then remembered the forum was here so thought I’d se d it to here too, anyone had any similar experiences or have any answers/advice?

 

I thought youd be the man to ask. I’ve been playing for about 2 months at a casino called conquestador. My first withdrawal just so happens to be nearly 20000x hit on jammin jars at 60p I think I’m withdrawing £11k in total. So I’ve been verified and waiting for withdrawal to be processed. On the 5th day now. No bonus funds, straight deposit. Now my account is under review. So my question is, do you know what that means? I’m worried that it just sounds like a cop out and they’re going to confiscate the lot.

If you have taken no bonus and have provided all the ID checks go to live chat politely ask why the account is under review. Then from there you can only wait on there decision and if it is not the right one get in touch with the gambling commission to take it further.

Cheers for that @seedy, I have done that and they said they’re under no obligation to talk about what happens during a review. I’ve done no wrong doing. Deposit was around £80 and played on 60p. Like I said, no bonus or anything.

got some bad reviews on trust pilot etc saying will take your money but wont validate accounts to pay out ,hope to god you get your winnings mate

All seems well, I was worried like you said, but they’ve just authorised the first 2.5k withdrawal. They do it weirdly though, you make a withdrawal and it stays in your balance until it gets processed. So you could play the withdrawal away before they process it. That doesn’t seem right to me, but fingers crossed it hits my bank soon as it’s been approved.

Glad it worked for you – I just went on a casino review site to see what was said about them, and they weren’t even listed among the 1394 casino’s reviewed at Ask Gamblers.  They must be pretty far down the food chain.

They are just holding onto that cash in the hope you cancel your withdrawal.  Stay strong, that £12k is probably a once in a life time occurrence, buy something good with it, don’t spunk it back into the slots.

That is an amazing hit.  I won £2,800 once on £2 stake but £11k on 60p is completely mental.  Hope you get paid, and if you do, try to realise that the chances of hitting that again are probably almost lottery winning odds!
