Hey,
Made a first deposit with Casimba and got a 200% bonus, with the bonus money I managed to get it to 1500 which I then withdrew. After a few days the casino returned my intial deposit and said I’d broken terms.
Your account has been found to be in breach of clause 13 of our Significant Promotional Terms and Conditions:
>
> Significant Clause 13 – The maximum bet for any of your bonus funds is limited to £5. Should you bet higher than this using your bonus funds, you revoke such bonus funds and they shall be removed from your account. To this, I did purchase a bonus buy for £20. But the stake clearly is only 20p, and most other sites won’t allow you to buy a bonus with bonus funds if you can’t then withdraw the winnings.
as you can guess pretty gutted by this, wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and can help.
3rd February 2019 at 8:50 pm #46106Yeah it’s a no no when playing with bonus money . Most casinos don’t even let u play white rabbit and extra chilli with bonus money .So it’s not even an option
3rd February 2019 at 8:52 pm #46107Can’t really help – it’s seems very harsh.
I had a issue with a online casino and setup a parody twitter account and every time they tweeted I would comment on it…. a lot of hassle but within a few tweets they called me up and agreed to issue the withdrawal, if I closed my Twitter account.

They can take as much as you can deposit no questions asked…
They can give you a bonus of breath taking amounts…..
They can make everything sound and feel so easy…..
The illusion of winning before you start…..
IF you win and withdraw then that’s when the trouble starts……
A few thousand details upload later and still awaiting a pay out……..
A few days pass and you get a response……..
A little breach of the rules under rule 80976005 subsection 982244455634 row 111022293938444 clearly states……..
YOU GET FUCK ALL WE ALWAYS WIN……now please deposit more :)…..
lost and confused not knowing what to do……
listening to the TV night after night of how right and honest the casinos are……
£500,000,00 jackpot advertised on itv for the slot Highlander and an appeal for thunderstruck ……
We play more because we can’t believe our eyes….
The final question should we believe the lies……?…………Try this ….
If no one plays then the online addiction dies……..
4th February 2019 at 8:31 am #46166How much did u win off the bonus buy ?
Bought a few different ones. Hit over 1000x on extra chilli, £20 buy. Vikings bought £20 hit over 600x and buffalo hit a nice one
Yeh I assumed I’d be fucked. Live n learn ay.
4th February 2019 at 9:40 am #46172Its easy thing to ask in chat whit the casino what is allowed and whats not ie:gamble ladder or bonus buy or such. Then save the conversation you had whit them for backup.
4th February 2019 at 10:57 am #46176Shifty T&C’s with bonus funds is bang under the spotlight atm.
Take it to IBAS.
4th February 2019 at 1:28 pm #46202Max bet is not a shifty T&C item, it’s actually one of the most standard bonus terms out there. That being said, I am sympathetic to your case @Coeles. I’ve certainly been fisted in a similar way in the past.
As long as the bonus terms are adhered to, you will get your money. The exception to this is the bullshit “fair use” policies that some casinos implement (e.g. 888Casino) which allows them to seize any funds if they deem the bonus to have been abused in some way that isn’t written down specifically in the T&Cs. Very ambiguous and disgusting that some casinos implement this.
4th February 2019 at 1:52 pm #46210Seems a bit unfair as I would have thought that the bonus buy would go by the stake and not the total amount you pay but I guess it’s always best to ask in future. One thing I’ve always wondered is if you sign up to a matched bonus on a site and most sites say £5 maximum bet, does this only apply to slots or to every type of game including roulette and blackjack? I’ve tended to stay away from both games when I take a matched bonus but when I play without one it’s normally my go to games if I’m after a balance recovery.
4th February 2019 at 2:13 pm #46211My advice would be never play roulette or table games with bonus funds unless they’re specifically a table game bonus. Bonuses in general are meant for slots, you’ll find at many casinos if used on table games a typical max £5 total bet still applies and winnings don’t count towards wagering.
14th February 2019 at 3:23 pm #46236Bonus buys always been banned , shit really but not surprising, unlucky mate, winds me up that they don’t bother contacting or stopping you till the end.
4th February 2019 at 4:13 pm #46254So what happens if u have bonus money . And u play white rabbit and extra chilli . U lose bonus money . Deposit cash balance . Then buy the bonus on both slots . Cheap because u got the price down with the bonus money .
