So what happens if u have bonus money . And u play white rabbit and extra chilli . U lose bonus money . Deposit cash balance . Then buy the bonus on both slots . Cheap because u got the price down with the bonus money .
I think they might consider it abuse…. maybe once you can do it….
4th February 2019 at 6:49 pm #46279I’ll wager a million this post is from White Hat Gaming. Standard practice from them. If you use a bonus and have a decent win from it they will stick the network ban on you when you withdraw
11th February 2019 at 11:21 am #48018Update: Casimba have responded to my dispute and have offered £300 as a gesture of goodwill.
I want to accept it obviously but it’s making me think that they are in the wrong and I could potentially get more (the gambler in me thinks that)
what you guys think??
11th February 2019 at 11:46 am #48029I think you’re lucky to get offered anything at all as bonus buys are technically above the wager limit with bonus funds and its like that on every casino that has all the strings attached to bonus money in that way. They aren’t good at being up front about this stuff as casinos are scam merchants that are only as honest as the law requires (and sometimes not even that).
Tough break but if you can walk away with anything above your initial deposit consider yourself more fortunate than most in your situation.
11th February 2019 at 12:11 pm #48040Because you staked £20 for that buy.. that’s where you breached the terms. Yeah it might have been 20p per single spin, but you technically staked £20 to buy it. That being said though, if you can manage to get the max bet hired to £10/£20 like some streamers have, they will accept bonus buys that way. If you’re unsure of something in future, always ask chat support, screenshot what they said and then if they’re wrong and try to confiscate funds after you try withdrawing, you’ve got proof of what they said.
11th February 2019 at 1:20 pm #48063At the end of the day, it’s in their terms. I admit it’s a bit confusing as it’s a bonus buy on a certain stake, but the official line is, the bonus buy amount is the stake. I’d probably take their offer as it’s unlikely you’ll be able to improve on it.
11th February 2019 at 1:34 pm #48067No.. Casino’s.. if they want to enforce something, should do it within the software. ie: if they want to limit the max stake, or that you cannot buy a bonus.. they when they load the game, the instructions should be sent to limit. and the provider does so.
They way they can get away the nonsense they pull on wins, is a disgrace.. and the UKGC is way behind on protecting players from these sharks.

Lets not forget its the players responsibility to read and follow tnc when taking on a bonus. £300 take it and run better than the £0 you would get from most places for breaking terms
11th February 2019 at 4:21 pm #48110Yeh I agree. Happy there giving anything, it’s not like I would have any idea how to take it further.
Thanks the input.

Sorry bud, I know it’s a disgusting feeling. At least it’s better than nothing!
All the best.
12th February 2019 at 2:20 pm #48402bonus buys are an interesting topic. if on say, Extra Chilli you buy a bonus for £10 then the stake is only 20p!!! the fact that it costs you £10 to buy makes no difference because the stake remains the same. What if the bonus rolled in on 20p? would you still invalidate the T&Cs? no of course not. Buying a bonus does not guarantee any different payout as opposed to the bonus rolling on normal play. I think this rule is wrong and should be challenged. 90% of the time when buying a bonus on Chilli you lose anyway.Casino’s just don’t like paying their customers but they don’t mind taking ‘your’ money. all of those T&C’s are always in their favour not yours. As soon as I see any bad feedback from players I tend to leave the casino if I am joined there. Partly in protest and because I would not like to give them the chance for them to do the same to me.

It’s the difference between spinning it on 20p for how ever many spins for it to bonus compared with buying the bonus so it rolls in straight away.. yeah the spin stake might be 20p but you payed £10 for the bonus.. if you get me.. so technically it is breaking the terms and conditions. I agree with another poster that if such things are not allowed, a pop up should appear stating so, and therefore it wouldn’t allow you to buy it.
I also heard (don’t have a go if I’m wrong) that buying the bonus increases the rtp.
