I have seen lots of shitty casinos but this takes the win easily. I made €50 deposit raw, played for a while and almost lost all. Suddenly I got bonus on some game and won €200ish. I made €150 withdraw and continued playing until balance was zero. Next day I recieved email which usually arrives, “we need documents”. I signed in and my balance was €150 as it should be but suddenly it changed to €100, then zero. All by itsself. I went to see if there was something weird going on and the casino site had made a €50 withdraw without asking me. While contacting the customer service via chat, site suddenly shot me with pop-up window which told me “you are blocked”. Customer service told me to contact support by email and so I did. No reply and it has been two days now. How the fuck do you get blocked if you do things 100% legit and obey the rules? After doing research I saw that I am not alone, there are tons of people screwed over by this horrible casino.
I have seen casinos that do everything involved your withdrawal tough and getting your money is made really hard. But this Casino Superlines made it impossible.
