Posting for a friend. They use viggoslots, they went to collect their weekly free spins and there was $75 in their account. Thinking this was from a previous missing deposit they though ok the casino must have gave extra as a goodwill thing as they use the casino a lot. The missing deposit was only $30 and a bonus was bought on rick & morty for the $30, however it gave internal error, game crashed and money gone.
What happened next is they played the weekly free spins which were only 10 cents spins and won a little over $8. So after this they played some slots and went on rise of merlin and won over 2.5k. They cashed out 700, nothing stating it was bonus money or anything like that (it would normally warn if it was bonus money stating you will lose the bonus funds) this did not happen, everything went just like a normal withdrawal. Chat was saying it was bonys money but nothing else stated this nor did they accept any bonus money.
Anyway, chat convinced them it was bonus money so the next day an email arrived stating the 700 withdrawal was declined saying it was bonus money which has a max of 5x the amount. Nowhere did it say bonus money so obviously it seems it has something to do with chat setting a rip off up.
Being quite devastated as this was their biggest ever win coming from a $2 stake they remember they recorded everything. I looked at the recording which clearly shows it is not bonus money. Please see the screen shot from the video. The video shows everything basically showing it was not bonus money.
What do you guys think of this situation?
screenshots before and after the 700 withdrawal
obvioulsy their personal info is blanked out.
8th July 2020 at 11:40 pm #101419It really doesn’t matter what we think to be honest. I’m a lawyer and could cite so many things they do wrong, but they are a Curacao casino and aren’t supposed to accept U.K. players anyway.
They are not regulated under our laws, and you would have 0 hope of seeing the money I’m afraid.
Your “friend” is probably on Gamstop which is why he is using these dodgy casinos so the best advice you can give him is to just not use them as it will always end in disappointment – he will either lose, or win and not be able to collect.

I am in Canada mate, use this Casino myself, had cashouts no problem. I actually recommended it to my friend because they are quick with withdrawals. I am helping them all I can which is basically posting here for now. They are not excluded or anything like that. I will not be making another deposit at the casino though until I see the outcome of this. If they get nothing I will close my account because it shows me what the casino is capable of. My friend will close their account for sure whatever the outcome which I don’t blame them.

9th July 2020 at 8:30 am #101426The picture doesn’t say bonus money that’s right. But it is also possible that it doesn’t say bonus money because your friend finished wagering at that time and the funds where transfered from the bonus funds to the real money funds. So, that picture doesn’t really say anything. If there where bonus funds at some times, this surely has to be visible in his history? The fact that it converted from bonus money to real money etc.?

What happens at Viggoslots, you take a bonus by clicking claim, it will then take you to the deposit page, you will then need to click the bonus to highlight it otherwise this will not activate it. Once you have the bonus, lets say it is a 100% match bonus, deposit $100 get $100. You now have $200 to play with. Now lets say you win 1k, out of this 1k you are able to cashout $500 (5x) and if you click the bonus tab it will say it and it will say bonus $100. When you cashout and if you were to put $1000 it would not allow it. If you put $500 it would. My friend withdrew $700 no problem, there was nothing in the bonus section, it was real money. Viggoslots has 1 wager requirement and that is 1x your deposit amount, no other wager requirements. So deposit $100 they give $100, you have $200 to play but all along you need to remember that $100 if the casinos & and as stated, these bonuses need to be activated then clicked upon deposit, neither of which were available or done by my friend. Hope this all makes sense. I did look at everything in their account, play history, transactions, bets etc and nothing at all mentioning any bonus.
9th July 2020 at 5:35 pm #101438You may well be in the right, but the short and simple answer is you’re not getting paid.
They are a blacklisted casino for the the very reason they don’t pay out in situations like this. Ever.
I would tell you friend to cut his losses and move on.
10th July 2020 at 12:35 pm #101442Maybe try the complaints section on thepogg.com to try contact the casino. Because they are ‘dodgy’ it might be unsuccessful but worth a try. There are a few previous issues on there for viggoslots.
22nd July 2020 at 3:52 am #101884An update, so they started giving my friend wager free bonuses out of the blue and free cash which they ignored. Shows how dodgy they are. Anyway they cut their losses, moved on and play at Leo now. Stay well clear of that chain of Casinos. I will also never return there myself as it has put me off too. After reading how dodgy Curacao casinos are I am surprised they are allowed to operate
