If you win in a casino and the money has been paid into your account can a casino ask for the winnings back. I ask this as I was self excluded from one site and was able to join a sister site from the same group. I managed to win and have the money already. They haven’t said anything about self exclusion but don’t want them come and say later return your winnings as your supposed to be excluded from the group of casino. I didn’t know of course so is their fault for letting me join in the first place.

They wouldn’t ask for the money back I don’t think, but I would close the account asap. The moment you go back there,they will realise you’re excluded and close the account on your behalf. If they don’t, and you win a substantial amount of money and then they realise, you will be screwing because they won’t pay out. You won’t have a leg to stand on either

They won’t ask for it back and you have no obligation to give it back but 100% exclude yourself from the casino in question. If you were in a live casino and were winning and thy realised your were on SENSE they would confiscate winnings there and then.

I can say 100% no in my expereince from Paddy Power.

Self excluded there yonks ago totally forgot i even played there, set up a new account (i have moved several times since then i guess why it wasnt picked up), played, won. Got my withdrawal immediately follwed by an email saying “your account is suspended due to responsible gambling”.

Spoke to chat they mentioned the old account self exlcuded and that was that. They said as a rule they do not open self excluded accounts regardless of time elapsed.
