So I’m seeing if anyone can help. I signed up to casumo not so long ago. Seemed a decent company from watching bandit slots channel. I put a deposit in on three occasions now and played had some fun on various slots. I got super lucky and won a significant amount of money off a very minimal amount. I went to withdraw the money and found myself blocked on my account and told I now need verification to withdraw or deposit money. It’s almost two weeks now trying to get this verification sorted and havnt got even close. Iv given more information to them than I did when I got my mortgage. It’s ridiculous and now they seem to have frozen my account so can’t even load any other verification. Iv emailed them on lots of occasions now without any reply at all. I wonder if anyone can help. Thanks

Verification after A big win is classic, the good thing is casumo is one of the best so it’s not a dodgy site, equally if you’ve done something wrong they would have told you pretty quickly…so as long as you’ve played with in the rules ( played with the stakes and games allowed ) I’d send a message suggesting you’ll get the higher powers involved if they can’t sort this out in the next 7 days ..or they can outline what is slowing the process..they seem to speed things up with threats like that…. but I would be to concerned,  casumo is a good site and as long as your not on a time out/ self exclusion, plying the right stake and games it shouldn’t be to long…

Casumo are a joke.

I had exactly the same issue.  I won approx £8k and tried to withdraw (no previous issues withdrawing couple of hundred here and there previous).

I stayed with my parents Saturday and Sunday as I work away during the week.  They asked for proof of their mortgage, proof they had paid it off etc.  My SOW is easily provided, I was never going to give my parents personal data.

It took me 3 months to sort this and it’s only because I went to askgamblers and they got involved.

Casumo are the only ones I’ve had an issue with, videoslots, allbritish etc are all pretty good when it comes to verification and SOW.

Askgamblers have great forums and support and you will see numerous Casumo related issues.
