Hey all!
Long time lurker first time poster. So, after taking a beating on casumo and making numerous, albeit small deposits, my account has suddenly been flagged and now I need to provide yet more methods of verification. One of which was the card used to deposit. No problem there, uploaded the pics and that was accepted. The one that I find confusing as hell is the provision of my source of wealth, they’re asking for savings statement (fair enough), date when the account was started. The account is easily 20 years old!! I’m pretty sure I don’t have my first statement!! I really don’t want to have to go in to the branch and get a letter proving when the account was opened, that seems a giant pain in the ass. Finally details of where the savings were acquired. Christ, i’ve so many ins and outs from the account, I pretty much use it as a ‘Gambling Account’, all bills etc are managed elsewhere and are never touched.
Normally I would just sack it off as i’m quite lazy and can’t be arsed. I play at a number of other casinos so am not that bothered, however I have a maxed hive with about 80 bees collected and I really don’t want to lose that!
Anyway, sorry for the long windedness, just wondered if any of the forum members have had to go through the process themselves and what they did.
